Cler has had a wild year but in a good way. He's been on the receiving end of a historic game and put up 396 yards and 6 TDs that night. He's then been steady week to week and is reliable. He's got strong hands and does a good job creating separation at the top of his breaks, which is why he gets targeted so often. He comes through, attacks the ball, and can win 50/50 balls as well.

Hon has already surpassed his junior numbers and is on track for much more. He's not the biggest receiver on the field but still manages to give his QB a big target. He'll fight for the ball and isn't going to let a DB get the advantage over him. He fights downfield and is a willing blocker as well. He's got good speed and has broken off a 50+ yard TD at least once each of the past 3 years. He's quietly developed and turned into a good player for Meridian who should land somewhere to play on Saturdays.

Hudson is a versatile and consistent leader for Lapel on both sides of the ball. As good as he is with the ball in his hands, he's equally as good at tracking it defensively. He's always in the right place to make the tackle, but if he stays with football I think his long-term potential is at WR. He's quick, shifty, knows how to get open, looks the ball in, and does all the simple things right.

I've seen Sloan work in person multiple times and he's always impressed. The talent is obvious and he's well built. It was only a matter of time until he became one of the top receivers in the region. He's quick, can cut on a dime, and understands zone coverage. He gets open and doesn't struggle to get open against man. I think Sloan is one of the best underrated Indy prospects and whoever lands him will get a good player.

Word has been tucked away in the Central region of the state and has been playing at a high level for years. He's versatile and they use him in both the running and receiving game. He's well-built and can withstand a big workload. He doesn't crumble when contacted and can pick up hard-earned yards, even for a wide receiver. It's his running back background that helps him in that case. Last year he put up 1131 receiving yards and 13 TDs and should duplicate as a senior.

Decatur Central is loaded with a ton of talent and Hicks appears to be the leading receiving emerging from the group. He's lengthy and has great ball skills. He's able to snatch the ball out of the air and doesn't have an issue being hit. He holds onto the ball and takes the contact as well as you'd hope. He's got breakaway speed and all he needs is the smallest crease to make something happen. I think Hicks quickly rises up boards and once playoffs come, he'll be ready for the brighter lights.

Baxter had to stay and earn his stripes the hard way, but it's paying off in a big way. While he's not had the biggest seasons to date, he's confident, he knows what he's doing, and makes the most of every opportunity. Last year, he put up 338 yards and 2 TDs which was just the tip of the iceberg. He's got game-breaking speed and has been the downfield threat this year. His long of 62-yards is a good example of that. He's not the most physical receiver, but he's good with the ball in his hands and does a good job picking up YAC.
