Week 5 Game Balls: Cincinnati

He intercepted 2 passes and scored on a pick 6 and he also caught 6 passes for 138 yds (23 ypc) and a TD. His excellent play helped Roger Bacon defeat New Richmond 28-20 to improve to 2-3 on the year. He plays as a FS. Against the pass, he does a great job of reading the QB and reacts quickly to the ball being thrown. He puts himself in position and displays very good hands as he comes away with the INT. He completed 18 of 19 passes (94.7 pct) for 230 Yds and 3 TD while also scoring a rushing TD. His great play helped lead Talawanda to a 35-12 victory over Carroll for their first win of the season. He makes good reads and gets the ball out of his hands quickly. He displays great accuracy to all 3 levels with solid arm strength as he places the ball on the correct shoulder of the receiver giving his man a chance to maximize YAC. He caught 3 passes for 77 yds (25.67 ypc) and scored 2 TD. His solid play helped Hamilton defeat Oak Hills 34-7 to improve to 3-2 on the season. He plays in the slot. He is quick off the LOS and shows very good football intelligence as he reads the coverage and finds the soft spot in the zone. He adjusts his body to the ball and shows very good hands as he makes the catch outside his frame. His very good play helped Lebanon defeat Little Miami 25-7 to improve to 3-2 on the season. He shows very good vision as he finds the open hole and exhibits good burst as he gets through the hole quickly and uses his good play speed and athleticism to pick up a first down with ease. He had 2 sacks and also rushed for 39 yds and scored a TD. His very good play helped Elder defeat Louisville St. Xavier 17-15 to improve to 4-1 on the season. He plays as an OLB. Against the pass, he shows very good explosiveness off the snap and exhibits very good use of hands and play strength as he overpowers the TE before disengaging. He plays with a very good motor in pursuit before finishing up with a sack. Against the run, he quickly keys and diagnoses the play and displays very good range in pursuit.
