Georgetown and Nevada came in and offered before Turner committed to the Bulldogs and he is poised for a big time Senior season. Turner is off to a hot start in his final campaign for the Mustangs, passing for 300 yards and 4 TD's, while completing nearly 80% of his passes and throwing 0 interceptions. Turner will be one of the more prolific passers across the northern California region as we move through the season, and leads a very explosive and star-studded offense for Monte vista.

Tia has been one of the more dynamic passers and true dual-threat quarterbacks across northern California for the past couple seasons, and had a very busy off-season pulling in offers from Boston College, NAU, Sacramento State, SJSU and UNLV. He got off to a terrific start to his Senior season passing for 277 yards and 1 TD, while completing over 65% of his passes downfield in this Amador Valley run heavy offense. Although taking a tough loss to a very talented and physical El Cerrito team, Amador Valley should once again be one of the top teams in the section this Fall.

Alcantara has been a very dynamic athlete and precision passer for the past two seasons and has a huge arm downfield, quick release and does a great job at distributing the ball around to his weapons on the outside and displays elite pocket awareness/movement. Pittsburg had a very strong opening night showing against a always tough Monterey Trail team, defeating the Mustangs 42-13. The senior signal caller passed for 276 yards and 3 scores, while completing over 70% of his passes. Look for Pittsburg to once again be anywhere within the top 4 within NCS once again, and make a deep playoff run in late Fall.

Thompson enters into his Senior year starting for the first time for one of the more well respected programs across the state of California. He has the ideal size for the position, strong arm downfield and can fit the ball into tight windows across his body. Thompson's big time arm was on full display against a very good St. Ignatius team on opening night, as he passed for 241 yards, 2 scores and completed over 70% of his passes. As we continue on through the season, Thompson should be one of the top passers across the section, and draw some late college interest/potential offers.

David is one of the top passers across the North Bay, and is going into his second season starting for the defending NBL-Redwood league champions. Going against a very stout Rancho Cotate defense, he passed for just under 300 yards and 3 scores, while completing just over 50% of his passes. David is a pocket passer with solid movement abilities on the run/has good escapability and does a good job at throwing the deep and throwing his receivers open downfield.
