It was a crazy weekend for football in Kansas.

The game I originally went to on Friday was postponed due to inclement weather before it even started. Some games got started and were to be finished on Saturday or Monday.

So it felt right to uncover unranked talent. Each of these players is currently an unranked prospect and I would not have found them had their coaches not posted their stats on Max Preps.

Colton Neal, DL, 5'10”, 200, Bluestem, ‘25

Neal is an unranked talent in the class of 2025. Through three games he has 28 total tackles, forced one fumble, and recovered a fumble from his defensive end position. On the offensive side, he has carried the ball 45 times gaining 257 yards for the Lions.

Sam Clay, DL/LB, 5'10”, 188, Blue Valley West, ‘25

Clay is off to a solid start for the Jaguar Defense. In three games he has collected 17 total tackles. He has recovered two fumbles, recorded one quarterback sack, and had two tackles for loss.

Cole Norton, LB, 5'10”, 180, Minneola, ‘25

Norton is one of the leading tacklers in eight-man football. The middle linebacker has registered 38 total tackles in three games.

Brady Kraft, DL, 6'1”, 205, Kinsley, ‘27

Kraft is a quick linebacker for the Kinsley Coyotes. He has collected 37 total tackles in three games and wreaked havoc in the opponent's backfields. He has recorded five quarterback sacks, seven TFLs, eight quarterback hurries, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery.

[player_tooltip player_id='1530415' first='Caleb' last='Strong'], DB, 6'0”, 153, Pratt, ‘27

Pratt's defensive back has been making tackles from his position in the secondary. The sophomore has made 26 total tackles for the Greenbacks. He has also rushed the ball for 119 yards and one touchdown on 11 carries.

Aiden Ochs-Lohrey, LB, 6'0”, 160, Otis-Bison, ‘28

The Otis-Bison Cougars have a freshman making hits and taking names. Ochs-Lohrey has registered 40 total tackles in three games.
