NY Recruiting Report Pt. XXVI

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This past week featured Week 1 of FBS and FCS ball, and because of that, programs were, for the most part, busy opening their season. There is only one division one offer this week, and it comes from an IVY league school that does not start its season until Week 4 or September 21st. Overall, with D3 camps coming to a close and the rest of CFB starting the season, fewer total offers are going out as we get heavy into the gameday visit season.
