The Eagles offensive line is really good...and big! Led by massive elite caliber 2026 OT [player_tooltip player_id='392779' first='Jackson' last='Cantwell'] (6'8" 305) and joined by 2026 OL Hayden Mays (6'5" 290), 2025 OL [player_tooltip player_id='1123409' first='Jacob' last='Lile'] (6'3" 280), Senior OC Oakley White (6'1" 290) and Junior Hunter Jensen (6'3" 245) they are not only the size of some college OLs but they are athletic, strong and did a nice job with their pass pro to provide the time for their QB to find his receivers time and time again, including for three touchdowns. Plus, the did a great job opening lanes for their run game to also have a big night with a 200 yard rusher and two more scores.

RB [player_tooltip player_id='1579282' first='Dylan' last='Rebura'] (5'9" 180) is a college prospect who needs an opportunity to showcase his skills on the next level. Rebura is deceptively fast with good burst and an extra gear to scoot away from defenders. He self reports a 4.59 best forty time. He's also strong, physical and does a really good job making yards after contact. Defenders need to wrap and use good technique because Dylan keeps the legs churning and will take defenders for a ride for extra yards. He ran for 203 yards and 2 scores on 18 carries.

New QB [player_tooltip player_id='1587352' first='Adam' last='McKnight'] (6'4" 195) is emerging as a college prospect as a sophomore. He replaced a talented and productive senior from last season and the offense has not missed a beat. McKnight not only has good size, but he's a very good athlete who plays multiple sports, and uses that athleticism to make himself a dual threat. He does a nice job carrying the ball, has solid speed and likes contact. He's strong and can pick up tough yards. Throwing the ball he displays an incredibly strong arm and can really rip it. He also has good accuracy *has completed 79% of his passes in four games) and does a nice job making his read and finishing plays. Adam threw three touchdown passes in the game and had a fourth called back on a penalty, going 9 of 12 for 183 yards. Look for him to make his way on to schools recruiting boards following the season.

The receiving corps has some weapons. McKnight has some nice targets with speed to get the ball to. Senior receiver Wyatt Vincent (5'10" 170) really opening my eyes to his talents. He'll be playing baseball at Missouri State next season, but he displayed the receiving skills and athleticism that translated to him having the ability to play football on the next level. He has great hands, concentration and really good speed. Wyatt showed toughness and the ability to catch the ball in a tight window and in traffic.

CARTHAGE

Senior RB Landyn Collins (5'11" 200) was the highlight of the game for the Tigers offense rushing for two touchdowns and grinding out tough yards for the entire game. Collins ran hard and seemed to get stronger as the game went on, showing no quit and a toughness that was matched by his quickness and ability to find a lane to pick up yards through.

The Tigers O-Line is massive as well. Nixa wasn't the only team on the field with some beef in the trenches opening holes in the run game and protecting their quarterback. Senior OT [player_tooltip player_id='1130985' first='Jack' last='Brown'] (6'8" 300) and junior OG MJ Martsolf (6'5" 327) was a good duo for Tiger running backs and quarterback to run behind. The not only block out the sun but did a solid job getting push and fighting against the Eagles swarming, fast defense.

Senior TE [player_tooltip player_id='1123414' first='Karson' last='Murray'] (6'4" 235) didn't get targeted a lot but is a big target who can get downfield, run good routes and get open. He's also a very good blocker and did a nice job performing his role within the Carthage offense. He is a college prospect and will be an asset to whatever college lands him.

Tiger senior signal-caller Brady Carlton (6'1" 180) is primarily a runner and had some good runs against a stingy defense. He's a physical dual threat and did a solid job running the offense against a very good defense that has a lot of speed and quickness to contend with.
