After the second week of high school football action, it's time to take a look at some of the most explosive standouts that have made their presence known in the Bluegrass State. Without any further ado, here's my list of some Stock Up Performers from Kentucky after the conclusion of week two.

In the first place spot on my list is [player_tooltip player_id='283954' first='Baron' last='Hardesty'], a defensive lineman at Bullitt East High School. What impresses me about Hardesty at the line of scrimmage is his ability to spot the quick handoff and quickly blast the run game in the pocket. I also liked how Hardesty could utilize his speed to get around the defense and sack the quarterback.

I am additionally impressed with [player_tooltip player_id='1175831' first='Landen' last='Bratcher'], a wide receiver at Apollo High School. Bratcher caught my attention this past week with his outstanding breakaway speed, physicality in coverage and his ability to haul in the deep touchdown pass. I also liked how Bratcher could quickly get open for the short pass and juke out the defense on his way into enemy territory.

Claiming the number three spot on my list is [player_tooltip player_id='905688' first='Zachary' last='Wampler'], an offensive lineman at Christian Academy of Louisville. Wampler's size and physicality in the pocket has made a big difference already this season as he's proven his ability to absorb heavy defensive pressure, protect his quarterback during the blitz and consistently box out the defense.

Another prospect to keep an eye on is [player_tooltip player_id='290033' first='Treston' last='Kay'], an athlete at Hopkinsville High School. Kay made his presence known this past Friday, hauling in two touchdowns on offense, another score on defense and a fumble return. On top of electric speed and versatility down the stretch, Kay stands out with his ability to adapt to his opponent on both sides of the ball.

Coming in at number five on my list is [player_tooltip player_id='953600' first='Kyle' last='Sledge Jr.'], an athlete at Bowling Green High School. Sledge caught my attention with his ability to execute at a number of different positions. I was especially impressed with Sledge on offense, showcasing his ability to excel as a receiver with his outstanding size and wingspan.

Also worth mentioning is Colin Anderson, an athlete at Franklin-Simpson High School. Anderson was highly explosive in the backfield this past week, utilizing bursts of speed to get in prime position for the deep pass. I also liked how Anderson could punish the opposition on the ground, utilizing his strong footwork to juke out the defense en route to the house.
