26.[player_tooltip player_id='1119886' first='Aiden' last='Hibler'] 6-1 170 WR North Eugene

UPDATE: Also a talented baseball player. Hibler leads an intriguing young group at North.

Hibler has good size and had a breakout varsity season as a freshman, catching 17 passes for 353 total yards and 2 TDs. It will be important for him to get out on the camp circuit and prove himself with the competition being what it is for the Highlanders.

27.[player_tooltip player_id='858318' first='Kenneth' last='Ritchie'] 5-9 150 CB/ATH West Linn

UPDATE: From a pure talent standpoint he's one of the best in Oregon for his class. His projection will depend on continued growth.

The Lions secondary will be one of the best anywhere in the West in the years ahead. Ritchie is a shutdown cover corner who will make it very difficult for receivers to even catch a ball.

28.[player_tooltip player_id='797128' first='Cameron' last='Elijah'] 5-11 155 WR Lake Oswego

UPDATE: Elijah has done well as part of Team Lillard on the 7v7 circuit. The Lakers are relatively deep but he could be a legit contributor as a sophomore.

One of the state's fastest rising prospects, ranking as one of Oregon's top slot receivers for the 2027 class. He was a standout coming up through youth ball before making the move to Lake O from Putnam. He could very well be a top 20 guy with continued growth and progression.

29.[player_tooltip player_id='936850' first='Hank' last='Whitworth'] 6-1 165 QB Westview

UPDATE: Potentially the breakout player of the year in the Metro League. We will see.

Whitworth has a chance to be one of the best QB's in the state. Watch the film and you see a kid who is a true dual threat and could do well at the varsity level as a sophomore.

30.[player_tooltip player_id='937306' first='Taylor' last='Carnahan'] 6-3 190 LB McMinnville

UPDATE: Still a lot yet to be determined here with Carnahan projecting as one of the top young athletes in the Pacific Conference. He has good size, but the Grizzlies have struggled at the 6A level.

31.[player_tooltip player_id='937232' first='Kellen' last='Bowman'] 6-0 165 QB South Salem

UPDATE: Bowman will eventually be the guy at South but it's unknown if it will be this year. The Saxons have had a few good QB's come through the last couple seasons.

Bowman is one of the top baseball prospects in the region and should be able to step in as a sophomore and lead the Saxons at QB.

32.[player_tooltip player_id='1246545' first='Josh' last='Christensen'] 6-5 220 DE Beaverton

UPDATE: Christensen is long and played some varsity ball as a freshman. He followed that up with an impressive off season on the camp circuit and has the potential of being one of the best DE's in the state in the coming years.

33.[player_tooltip player_id='796788' first='Mai'King' last='West'] 6-2 180 LB Lake Oswego

UPDATE: Definitely an intriguing kid with his combination of size and athleticism. He will be one to watch.

I would expect a breakout year for West at LO. He will likely project at LB but impresses and shows off his overall athleticism running the ball.

34.[player_tooltip player_id='1119885' first='Brody' last='Gilliam'] 6-0 185 QB North Eugene

UPDATE: Gilliam had an outstanding freshman season, hitting on 55% of his passes (45/82) with 4 TDs/2 INTs in four games at the Varsity level. The Highlanders have to feel good with two elite freshman leading the program (WR [player_tooltip player_id='1119886' first='Aiden' last='Hibler']).

35.[player_tooltip player_id='1119890' first='Greyson' last='Murff'] 5-11 175 ATH Lincoln

UPDATE: Lincoln has some young talent coming up led by the likes of Murff and top LB Correani.

Murff was one of the only freshman statewide to put up legit numbers at the 6A level. His 17 tackles and 4 tackles for loss at OLB were impressive. He could be one of the top RB's coming up through the ranks as well.

36.[player_tooltip player_id='652600' first='Carson' last='Smiley'] 6-1 170 QB West Linn

UPDATE: Smiley will likely play a lot of JV with unanimous 1st team all TRL QB Gilroy back, but he could start for most other teams at the 6A level.

Most are probably familiar with the name, as Smiley could be the guy leading the Lions after [player_tooltip player_id='406774' first='Baird' last='Gilroy'] graduates. The Lions feature three talented QBs in the class. He is also a solid Safety defensively.

37.[player_tooltip player_id='937183' first='Aris' last='Dimick'] 6-3 180 ATH/QB Tigard

UPDATE: One of the fastest rising 27's in the state. He still has to prove it on the field but could be the real deal according to Coach Lillard.

Dimick is relatively new to football but has been training with Team Lillard and more than looks the part. He could be one of the TRL's biggest sleepers.

38.[player_tooltip player_id='937233' first='Sloan' last='Baker'] 5-10 160 DB West Linn

UPDATE: Another kid who has the potential of playing the QB spot for the Lions. He will likely start at Safety and be a defensive factor before that.

39.[player_tooltip player_id='796492' first='Tevita' last='Lata'] 6-0 180 LB North Salem

UPDATE: Lata might end up playing more of a Safety spot collegiately but will project as one of the best LB's in the conference. He played varsity as a freshman and has been dominant versus his peers.

40.[player_tooltip player_id='935311' first='Javien' last='Parker'] 6-2 185 ATH McKay

UPDATE: The dual sport standout has good size and should be a go to guy for Mckay this season. He has the potential of being one of the top 5A players in the state as an underclassmen.

Parker was a standout at Dallas before making the move to the Salem school. He played varsity ball as a freshman and will be one of the top two-way athletes in the conference.

41.[player_tooltip player_id='1242768' first='George' last='VanSandt'] 6-3 195 WR Central Catholic

UPDATE: The Rams have a trio of D1 WR's and multiple D1 TE's, so playing time might be hard to come by this season. That said, as VanSandt makes a nice jump up the board and has the potential of being the real deal.

42.[player_tooltip player_id='1358900' first='JT' last='Girod'] 6-0 180 QB Central

UPDATE: Just an outstanding overall athlete and one of the best baseball players in the region. Girod played varsity ball as a freshman, hitting on 55% of his passes. Expect him to flip his 5 TD/15 INT ratio from last year.

43.[player_tooltip player_id='887126' first='Landon' last='Fray'] 6-5 315 T Gresham

UPDATE: It all comes down to mobility with Fray. He has great size and had a good showing at the NW Showcase, the region's premier event at WOU.

The size speaks for itself as Fray should play early for a Gophers team that has gone 4-22 over the last three years. Mobility has been the question mark. The camp circuit will be crucial for a kid like this.

44.[player_tooltip player_id='936920' first='Jasiah' last='Agnimel'] 6-3 180 WR/S Mountainside

UPDATE: Agnimel has helped himself out with an impressive off season. Look for him to be one of Mountainside's most talked about young guys.

The Mavericks have a bunch of young talent and will likely be a top 5 program. Agnimel has great size and can play on either side of the ball. As good as he is at WR, he may end up projecting at Safety.

45.[player_tooltip player_id='937281' first='Tripp' last='Johansen'] 6-1 225 DE Sheldon

UPDATE: Look for Johansen to step up as a sophomore and be influential for the Irish. The combination of him and top 27' Kawai Chamblerlin coming off the edge should have the program excited for the future.

46.[player_tooltip player_id='937240' first='Isaiah' last='Ormond'] 6-1 300 DL Mountainside

UPDATE: Ormond impressed on the camp circuit this off season and will likely be an All-Metro lineman this year.

The Co-freshman of the year at Mountainside along with Bour-Nelson. Ormond had a great season with his projection depending upon continued growth. Regardless he will be one of the best in the Metro on the line.

47.[player_tooltip player_id='937031' first='Drew' last='Newbury'] 5-11 165 WLB Central Catholic

UPDATE: The brother of 2025 standout Ty Newbury got some playing time as a freshman, which speaks to his game. He was one of four 9th graders who got PT for the state champs.

48. [player_tooltip player_id='1358896' first='Andrew' last='Guthrie'] 6-3 195 QB Summit

UPDATE: There is still a lot yet to be determined here, but Guthrie could fly up this list if he plays up to his potential. His combination of film from last year and impressive play over the off season helps his stock.

49.[player_tooltip player_id='937174' first='Houston' last='Lillard'] 5-8 145 ATH Tigard

UPDATE: It all comes down to continued growth for Lillard as he has unquestioned ability. The Tigers could use him in the secondary this season.

Definitely a product of his environment, with Lillard being one of the most technically sound athletes in the state for his class. He has the skill set to play early for the Tigers if he can compete physically.

50. [player_tooltip player_id='1358902' first='CJ' last='Scott'] 6-4 190 WR Summit

UPDATE: The Storm have a bunch of young guys with size coming up who will be influential. Scott will be a primary target in the years ahead.
