[player_tooltip player_id='338654' first='Bo' last='Walker'] - Cedar Grove

One of the top 2025 running backs across the South, Walker is one of the best backs in Georgia and is currently committed to stay in the Peach State to play for the Georgia Bulldogs. A multi-sport athlete and one of the fastest backs you'll find across the state, Walker also brings a muscular, 5-foot-9 205-pound frame. He can break tackles with ease, runs with balance, and has enough speed to out-run defenders toward the end-zone. He's one of the highest-ranked running backs in Georgia for the 2025 class, coming in as the No. 2 RB prospect and the No. 41 overall prospect in Georgia. He's a back to keep a close eye on Saturday night as he and the Cedar Grove Saints take on Douglas County inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium at 7:30 PM.

Antoine Watkins - Douglass

A thick, powerful back with outstanding lower-body strength, Watkins is a senior who is committed to staying in Atlanta to play for Morehouse College. He led the Astros in rushing last season, taking off for 727 yards and six touchdowns. Look for Watkins, as a senior, to have an even bigger season this fall. He's a tough, tackle-breaking back at 5-foot-9 190-pounds with a big year in front of him. He runs behind his pads, can wear down defenses. He averaged an impressive 5.2 yards per carry and hitting the 100-yard mark three different times. His first test will be against Lagrange on Wednesday, August 14th at Kell High School. Kickoff will be at 4:30 PM. Look for Watkins to get his senior season off to a big start in week one.

[player_tooltip player_id='1637218' first='Albert' last='McCoy'] - South Paulding

A creative back with natural big-play ability, McCoy is an instinctive back who can find a hole and make things happen. At 5-foot-10 180-pounds, he's big enough to handle defenders down the field and brings enough speed and quickness to get to the outside and up the field on the perimeter. A good overall athlete, McCoy is also capable of getting loose out of the backfield in the passing game. He shows soft hands down the field and knows how to elude and make defenders miss in the open field. There's a lot to like about his game and he's coming off a strong junior season where he ran for 713 yards with another 110 receiving. He's a senior back flying under the radar who could have a really nice game against Dunwoody on Thursday, August 15th at West Forsyth High School.

[player_tooltip player_id='1080840' first='Foster' last='Orris'] – West Forsyth

An under-the-radar senior at West Forsyth, Orris is a shifty, productive back who is coming off a strong 2023 season where he rushed for 1,1100 yards and 12 touchdowns on the ground for the Wolverines. A touch, aggressive runner in a 5-foot-10 180-pound frame, Orris shows quick feet and acceleration, allowing him to take off down the field when he gets to the second level. This sleeper back in Forsyth County ran for at least 100 yards in seven games last season including each of his last three games. A good overall athlete, Orris can make an impact as a pass-catcher out of the backfield as he caught 18 passes for 153 yards and one touchdown. His best football is still ahead of him, so look for the West Forsyth back to have a strong senior season in 2024.

[player_tooltip player_id='907884' first='Michael' last='Hastie'] – Douglas County

An outstanding two-way player for the mighty Douglas County Tigers, Hasiter is a tough, hard-hitting linebacker who can also run the football. At 6-foot-2 220-pounds, Hasite is a physical back who can power through linebackers for tough yards. Sharing the load with several other backs last year, Hasite only carried the ball 59 times, but he took them 550 yards and five touchdowns, averaging an outstanding 9.3 yards per attempt. He's currently committed to West Virginia to play linebacker, but he's an easy option in the run game if Douglas County decides to use him there. If they do, don't be surprised if he has a big game one. Hastie and Douglas County will take on Cedar Grove on Saturday night inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
