1. [player_tooltip player_id='282698' first='Jordon' last='Davison'], Mater Dei

Davison was part of a three-headed backfield at Mater Dei last season but will be the primary back for the Monarchs as a senior. He led the team in rushing last season with 662 yards with 10 touchdowns. Davison is best running in between the tackles and has the speed to breakaway once he gets in the open field. He makes one cut and explodes out of it. Davison is committed to Oregon.

https://twitter.com/mikehuntley63/status/1728259869982216413

2. [player_tooltip player_id='723744' first='Quaid' last='Carr'], Servite

Carr was one of the leading junior rushers in Orange County last season with 1201 yards and 17 touchdowns in 13 games. He's a speedy guy who can make plays in the passing game as well and punish teams that assign a linebacker to cover him in man coverage. Carr is committed to San Diego State.

https://twitter.com/latsondheimer/status/1726672995962564951

3. [player_tooltip player_id='976921' first='Eimesse' last='Essis'], Tustin

Essis is a big-play back who ran for 1592 yards with 14 touchdowns. His speed stands out when you watch him but he's also a back Tustin can count on to lower his shoulder and break tackles when they need to get five or six yards. Essis' lack of size is a reason college coaches are sleeping on him, but he's an instinctual runner who is a threat to score every time he touches the ball.

https://twitter.com/mikehuntley63/status/1700009614644027886

4. [player_tooltip player_id='282694' first='Steve' last='Chavez'], Orange Lutheran

Chavez transferred to Orange Lutheran from Damien and made an immediate impact on the Lancers' offense. He ran for 971 yards with 16 touchdowns last season. Orange Lutheran doesn't use him much in the passing game but he showed at the Under Armour Camp (where he was the MVP) that he has the burst to get open when linebackers cover him. Chavez had three 100-yard rushing games against Trinity League opponents last season and is committed to San Jose State.

https://twitter.com/TheUCReport/status/1774215391968895387

5. [player_tooltip player_id='348172' first='Julius' last='Gillick'], Edison

Gillick was a major reason that Edison's offense was humming last season. As a junior he ran for 1596 yards with 15 touchdowns. He is a violent runner who is very tough to bring down and also has the speed to create matchup problems in pass coverage. Gillick is committed to Montana.

https://twitter.com/GillickJulius/status/1805691825396891778
