He has elite quickness in space, he is explosive off of the line of scrimmage and he has the burst out of his breaks that enables him to create separation from defenders. He has elite hands with an extended reach and he tracks the ball well in flight. His ability to make the over the shoulder catch on the fade ball makes him a deep ball weapon. Ellis has superb body control that enables to win on the 50/50 balls consistently. He is one of the top recruits nationally in the 2027 class. Tennessee, Oregon, Arizona, Pittsburgh, Washington, as well as Texas have extended offers. He plays fast but under control and he has the explosiveness in his game that enables him to beat defenders routinely. Yancey is an elite route runner who works the short to intermediate routes like a veteran and he has the speed to make plays on deep ball over the top. I have seen Yancey multiple times this offseason and each time I have been more impressed with his game. He has strong hands with an extended catch radius and he attacks the football at the catchpoint aggressively. When he gets the ball in space he has the shiftiness to make defenders miss in the open field and he gets north quickly. Haralson is an explosive leaper who has the skill set to play above the rim and win on the 50/50 jump ball. Get the ball in his hands and big plays will happen. Haralson will be a key cog offensively for Tyler High this season.
