Good post-snap vision to read defensive fronts and first-level defenders, allowing him to attack the hole with a good burst. He was patient, following blockers and locating running lanes to accelerate through the LOS. Ohman broke multiple tackles due to good balance, strong lower body and leg drive.

[player_tooltip player_id='1362792' first='Hayden' last='Barton'] was a physical north and south runner on each carry. Barton's most impressive play of the game was hurdling one defender and trucking the next, setting the Wolves up for a critical first down late in the second quarter. He was another patient runner, following his blockers and locating running lanes to burst through the LOS. He broke multiple tackles due to good balance, strong lower body, and leg drive, fighting for additional yards.

[player_tooltip player_id='1257473' first='Joseph' last='Newman'] was flying to the football, showcasing his solid sideline-to-sideline motor. Newman was physical at the point of attack with good pad level and the ability to tackle in space. He had a quick first step off the snap, allowing himself to read and react quickly and attack downhill vs the run with solid angles.

[player_tooltip player_id='1408146' first='Hagan' last='Tyler'] was another impressive prospect from the linebacker position, showcasing a sideline-to-sideline motor. Tyler displays good read and react ability, attacking downhill quickly vs. the run while staying square with good pad level, angles, and hand placement to shed blocks and make a play all over the field. Tyler is a prospect to keep an eye on throughout 2024.

After his solid performance tonight, [player_tooltip player_id='1412677' first='Malachi' last='Baker'] flew onto my radar. He showcased solid initial quickness off the snap. Baker was able to mirror pass rushers due to solid quickness, lateral agility, footwork, and UOH. Throughout the game, he displayed a strong anchor due to good lower body strength, balance and pad level to control the opposition. Keep an eye on Baker throughout 2024.
