He dominated multiple showcases and camps this summer and won MVP Honors at the Northwest Showcase against elite competition. Waters is a precise route runner with outstanding ball skills, downfield speed, and can easily get off press coverage while tracking the ball well over the top and can make contested/off-platform catches with ease. He is a very explosive runner with terrific start/stop abilities in the hole, can make defenders miss in one on one situations and has tremendous contact balance and forward lean when running through traffic.
