The senior defensive back is like a jack of all trades for Serra’s defense. Moutra was all over the field in Friday’s game whether he was playing in coverage or coming up to make a play against the run. He recognizes plays well and oftentimes would seek out screen passes early allowing him to make tackles. Wrapping up can be difficult for players at all levels, but Moutra has no issues in that department. His size makes him a flexible player for the Serra staff, and he showcased impressive instincts throughout the night.

Moutra is one of the more elite safety prospects in Southern California in the 2026 class, and already holds two FBS offers from Oregon State and Portland State. He is a physical player on the backend with good range and outstanding ball skills while consistently able to bait quarterbacks into bad grows and is a sure tackler in the open field that takes good angles when triggering. Heading into the fall, Serra has one of the most talented rosters in the state of California and is a team that should make a deep playoff run and possibly play into December.
