2026 Quarterback Follow Up

It is not easy playing the quarterback position, but these are some guys to know. Cork is an accurate passer who has division one talent. There are a lot of quarterbacks in this class who are doing well, but Cork has been a beast since his sophomore year. Cork has been connecting with his receivers with precision for a long time. He finished last year completing seventy percent of his passes. That is a good thing for a guy who was only in the tenth grade. We expect to see him doing some big things again this season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='691280' first='Keonnis' last='Davis']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Davis is a 2026 quarterback who college coaches need to go ahead and take a look at. Davis is another quarterback that has been putting up nice numbers for his squad since a freshman. In two years, he has accumulated over 5,000 all-purpose yards. That is something for the young man to brag on. He has done a lot of improving over the past two years. Davis is a quarterback who can get the football to his receivers as well as pick up a lot of yards on the ground. He also has good size at 6-foot-2, 190 pounds. This is a magician on the football field.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1193249' first='George' last='Wilcox']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Wilcox is one of those quarterbacks who you have to talk about. This is a guy from Leake Academy who we saw have a great game in the Super Sophomore game this past winter. He was out there putting the ball on the money. It did not matter if it was deep balls or short passes, Wilcox was out there getting it done. He is also getting taller and slimmer. We expect for this to be the season that he starts to pull in a lot of offers.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Devon Oliver</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Oliver is a 2026 quarterback from Charleston who we like a lot. Expect to see him doing some big things for his team this season. We think that he is more of an athlete, but he is the general for his offense, so we had to be sure to show him some love. This is one of the most talented players in this class. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Braeden Shettles</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Shettles is a quarterback from New Albany who has been working really hard this season. We expect for him to help lead his team deep into the playoffs this year. Shettles is a player who knows how to deliver the rock to his guys. He will be counting on his offense to bring him a lot more protection this year. Shettles can deliver the deep ball, and he has good footwork in the pocket.
