FARGO, ND-- We have now driven into Part II of our standouts from the NDSU Prospect Camp with our all findings of who popped out in our notebook. From plenty of 2027s that caught our eyes, to 2025 big men that dominated in Razzle Dazzle, and our cover athlete who I just can't figure out why he is so under the radar, we unpack more from NDSU.

A young buck that caught my eyes during Razzle Dazzle on Saturday night was Becker 2027 WR/DB Clayton Hamacher. During Razzle Dazzle, I always look for the young men that are making the splash plays on their team which Clayton certainly showed off growing upside for what is to come in that scenario. He impressed me with his vertical, good hands, and I thought was a sollid route-runner for his age as a WR prospect that could improvise really well within his routes I watched. I'll be intrigued to watch this young man from the neighboring town to see how he turns out in the coming years.

What else do I look for when evaluating Razzle Dazzle? Young men that are enjoying the experience which solidified with what I saw out of big man 2025 defensive tackle Kolby Lee of Bishop McGuinness out of Oklahoma who not only could you tell he was taking in his experience during the games, but was a prospect that I loved watching his work ethic go thru it on every rep. I also thought he showed off glimpses of his football IQ even in an event that is not too familiar with the men in the trenches. On tape that explosiveness I saw checks out, as Kolby shows off a significantly athletic shed off ability as a defensive tackle that plays with a great motor to the ball. He is one of Oklahoma I am surprised hasn't gotten his first offer yet, as his 6'4 250 pound frame showed such an athletic frame at NDSU.

Kaleb was a force to be reckoned with during Razzle Dazzle, as he not only immediately popped out with the eye test, but the physicality this young man played with on every rep I watched was tough for the opposing team to find a match for. That long 6'8 wingspan was constantly on display with some of the 50/50 catches he made in Fargo and he was a pure finisher with all of the athleticism he brought to the table. He certainly appeared in person and of course on tape a DE that plays with pure instincts around the football as a disruptor in the passing lanes which shows that off on the first clip. Kaleb is one that I feel is way under the radar this late in July and would be a great scholarship-level fit at the next level.

A 2026 offensive linemen prospect that has kept making a splash this summer on my radar is Bismarck Century's [player_tooltip player_id='674788' first='Braxton' last='Dahl']. During the Indy session in the FargoDome, Braxton showed why he is one of our top hog mollies in the class, as I thought his effective coachability with the NDSU staff certainly showed why he was one of the top OL in his group. I thought from Spring into Summer, Braxton has improved using his great length to his advantage as he put that on display in Fargo. His speed of leverage I felt has also developed quickly as I thought he had a more effective punch at the point of attack and was better located with his great vision he shows. Even though he is already in our top 5 overall in the 2026 class, Braxton certainly shows how deep this offensive line class is and could be due for a slight rise by next rankings update.

A new prospect that caught my eyes in the FargoDome out of Iowa was 6'2 290 pounder Jack Leng out of Sheldon. This young man not only displayed huge hands, he also showed a lot of hammer in those mits too with his punch and was another workout warrior that passed my early eye test. When you roll the tape on Jack what I saw at NDSU all adds up as this young man is a constant driver into the next-level and will not stop blocking until that whistle blows ever. With the controlled strength and pad-level too, Jack should certainly be a 2026 prospect that should be potential early offer target once Division I programs start digging deeper into that class, as this kid was a major standout in my eyes amongst the OL group.

The gift that keeps on giving, is when I saw a former Prep Redzone Combine MVP continuing to own his craft in a college camp setting, which was again the case from watching Robby Kedrowicz of Waterford up at NDSU. It might sound repetitive at this point, but Robby grew further with what I have previously, owning consistency with his pad-level, great footwork and very balanced strength that was shown off in Fargo at the point of attack. I have also been a huge fan of this young man's character too, as I believe this young man will be a great motivator to his teammates at the next-level to improve their crafts as well with his leadership. The damage that Robby causes on both ends of the trenches, is a blessing to whatever program that lands him having to make the decision where his best fit lies. Excellent showing from the Prep Redzone Wisconsin Combine MVP.

It was a must that I had my eyes on our Dakotas 2027 class up at NDSU, and the one that I would call my camp MVP from that Dakotas class would be Fargo Davies [player_tooltip player_id='1292622' first='Mathieson' last='DuBord'], as he showed off all that I needed to see to give him a top 3 ranking with the rankings out this week. Mathieson dominated the point of attack especially going up against a smaller group of 2027s as he blasted that with his rapid punch. Another chord that Mathieson stuck in Fargo, was the balance of his footwork, as I thought the pummeler from Fargo Davies passed the eye test with that crucial skillset as well. Constant great pad-level won Mathieson plenty of reps, and my gut tells me this kid will be an early offer target coming thru for the Eagles

Jacob was a offensive linement I saw earlier this summer at the Minot State Big Man Camp, and is one that I was impressed with the progress he has made in his overall game since then. Where I thought Jacob gained the most since Minot is with his quicker instincts he showed off with the position angles that he landed his punches as I thought Jacob showed off a more constant base with his vision too. He is one that with a big senior season, could certainly catch more attention on his recruiting trail but I certainly liked the development this kid has made since mid-May and improvement his foot speed and change of direction could develop deeper before fall season.

Jerry Farmer, DL/OL, Bemidji, MN 2027

There were a couple new names from the Bemidji Lumberjacks that caught my radar at NDSU, as one that certainly stuck out to me was Jerry Farmer. This kid by far had the fastest burst off the snap in Indy drills and what was impressive to me was his frame certainly has plenty to add as I was very surprised that he wrestled at 235 pounds last wrestling season. The stamina this young man shows off on the laid well into what I saw him show off with his agility during Indy as yet again, Jerry was one of the top performers in those drills as well. No tape on this youngster of yet, but I really like the upside I saw from him up in Fargo.
