He has a huge, live arm and the touch to go along with it. He is just as good at running the football, making defenders miss, or running them over. The dual-threat ability of Kem makes him one of my favorite Quarterbacks in the 2028 class. He has good mobility and flexibility allowing him to throw off platform. Hylton puts in the work and keeps improving as a prospect.
