2026 Film Room: Central and Southern Illinois Wide Receivers

The class of 2026 in the state of Illinois is deep with talent at the wide receiver position!  Ton of scholarship level prospects from power 4 to FCS.  We dive into the class here in 2026 Film Room: Central and Southern Illinois Wide Receivers!   [player_tooltip player_id='802439' first='Adrian' last='Jones'] (Washington – 6'1 185)   Jones is a 6'1" slot receiver that brings suddenness and good speed to the table.  Cuts well on a dime, has good body control, and adjusts to the ball in the air.  Willing to go over the middle to get a first down.   [player_tooltip player_id='212314' first='Jacob' last='Harvey'] (Mt. Zion - 6'1” 175)   Harvey is a big time jump ball threat.  On tape it looked like the plan at times was run about 30 yards downfield, wait, and out jump the DB.  Positions himself and has toughness to win 1 on 1 in the air.  Very good going over the middle and catches it with his hands.  Finds space when his QB scrambles and is a solid blocker on the perimeter.   Jack Webb (Mt. Carmel – 6'4” 205) Webb is a big wide out at 6'4" and 205 pounds.  Knows how to use his big frame to box out opponents and finishes off his runs by running over defensive backs.  Crisp comeback routes.  High points in the redzone and adjusts well to the ball in the air.  Like the speed after the catch for how big he is.   [player_tooltip player_id='212316' first='Jamor' last='Singleton'] (Decatur MacArthur – 5'11” 175)   Strong and stocky athlete that can play some as a scat back as well.  Good on short routes and brings some power at the end of his runs.
