He is a complete mike linebacker with elite closing speed, great physicality in the box and is extremely explosive in the short area that explodes through contact and can make plays consistently behind a line. He shows good closing speed and open field tackling abilities while seemingly very comfortable in space and shows he can cover downfield as well. Pre snap, he recognizes plays quickly and is a very balanced linebacker that plays at the highest level of competition in the state. Levine shows quick block recognition, instant lockout and can violently get off blocks while a high motor guy with closing speed and very comfortable making plays in space. Checking into our WL rankings in this update, he is one of the better regional defenders coming back this Fall and should continue to see more colleges show interest/offer. He is a very athletic in the box thumper that is violent with his hands and can play anywhere at either outside linebacker/edge or inside the interior defensive line. He displays a quick first step, violent hands and can easily split double teams/provide a good pass rush from anywhere along the defensive line. If he continues to grow and pack on more muscle to his frame he could find himself as a true edge player at the next level with plus pass rush abilities and he should be one of the top defensive players in the trinity league this coming season. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
