1. Baylor Red Raiders

[player_tooltip player_id='219445' first='Jimmy' last='Bryson'], [player_tooltip player_id='1270425' first='Gabriel' last='Osenda'], [player_tooltip player_id='926104' first='Charlie' last='Edgeworth'], [player_tooltip player_id='1206520' first='Xavier' last='Wade'], [player_tooltip player_id='926094' first='Jonathan' last='King'], Luke Smith

- The Red Raiders are absolutely loaded up front this year with a front line of five guys that are all headed to the college ranks. The scary thing about this unit is that most of the starting five are juniors and will be back next year. The lone senior is the top guy of the group in Bryson, who brings tons of clean play and versatility to the line. Baylor will have two monsters handling the tackle positions in Osenda (6'8 310 lbs) and Edgeworth (6'7 300) that are both maulers with deceptive athleticism. Wade could be the most athletic O-lineman up front with the ability to play guard or tackle. King is the lesser known lineman here but has the physical size and skill set to develop into a nice offensive guard prospect. These guys in the line will be pillars, and will be the linchpin behind a possible run this year at the D2-Class AAA state title.

[player_tooltip player_id='219412' first='Chauncey' last='Gooden'], [player_tooltip player_id='258663' first='Jon' last='Adair'], [player_tooltip player_id='466272' first='Noah' last='Hacker'], [player_tooltip player_id='855611' first='Cain' last='Swader'], [player_tooltip player_id='866766' first='Weston' last='Hicks'], [player_tooltip player_id='1695364' first='Sloan' last='Bass']

- Lipscomb Academy will be one of the teams considered to win the D2-Class AAA title and a big reason for that is because of their offensive line. Led by Gooden, the top ranked OL in the #TN2025 class, the Mustangs are loaded with several future college guys and a front five that has a nice mix of athleticism and size. Committed to Virginia, Adair is the rock up front that can handle multiple positions but should be holding down center in the Fall. Lipscomb has massive size at the tackle positions in Hacker and rising sophomore stud [player_tooltip player_id='866766' first='Weston' last='Hicks']. Both of these guys have the chance to become elite with continued development. Swader and Bass round of the big men up front with both guys sporting versatility to play all three interior O-line positions.

3. Maryville Rebels

- The Rebels were already expected to have a top tier O-line this year but it got even better in the off-season with the addition of [player_tooltip player_id='284141' first='Brody' last='Smith'], who could be the top guy at his position for the #TN2026 class. Maryville will have a nice mix of veterans and youth up front this year, led by senior stud [player_tooltip player_id='466287' first='Alex' last='Boyd']. He along with Smith and senior [player_tooltip player_id='1182668' first='Henry' last='Chambers'] should battle it out to see who handles the tackle positions while Stinnett, Prince and DeLong should handle the interior. DeLong is a guy to watch moving forward as he could be the next stud to come off the Rebels O-line. This is a strong group that can put Maryville back in title contention this year with several guys destined to play on the next level.

4. Page Patriots

- Even though the Pats are having to replace a current ACC O-lineman, Page may be even better up front this season due to their depth and O-line versatility. This is a well balanced group the Patriots have this year with Johnson and Coffman handling the edge at tackle with junior studs Rathbone and Curll taking care of things at guard. Johnson and Coffman both have the size, physicality and upside to play their way into D1 status by season's end. Rathbone is already a hot name on the recruiting scene as one of the top interior O-line prospects from our junior class. Curll can play his way into that status too with a big junior season. Page has been good in the O-line for several years and the 2024 season looks to remain the same.

- If you want a shot at winning state championships, your offensive line must be strong and the Green Devils should have a good one for the 2024 season. The leader in the trenches for Greeneville is [player_tooltip player_id='841187' first='Brandon' last='Iezzi'], a mauler that shows good mobility and the ability to potentially play center in college. Where the biggest upside for the Green Devils O-line resides is with Merriweather, a rising junior that brings athleticism and violence to the trenches. Humphrey is currently ranked as a D-lineman but will play snaps on offense and could develop further in that area by the end of the year. Harris and Cox are two talented interior brawlers that give Greeneville balance and versatility up front. These five should be major factors behind a potential big season for the Green Devils.

6. Oak Ridge Wildcats

- It's more about depth than it is overall talent this year for the Oak Ridge O-line but it's a good one that can help lead the Wildcats on a deep run through the 5A playoffs. The focal point up front and the guy college coaches will be paying attention to is Eubanks. The 6 '5 offensive tackle has good upside as a potential pass blocker in college and this year will go a long way towards seeing where he lands on the next level. Bafford is the next guy in line, who has a big opportunity this Fall to make a name for himself. Young is a versatile guy that could handle all three interior O-line positions. The battle up front for the starting center role should be between Lee and Chartrand with both guys probably gaining plenty of snaps. It will be interesting to see how this line forms throughout the year as they give the Cats a chance to compete at a high level in the 5A ranks.

- Some people may not have Carter at the front of their mind when thinking about them having one of the better O-line's in the East TN region but they do. The Hornets not only have talented vets but have a few underclassmen that provide balance but also give Carter a formidable group of five up front to depend on. The star up front is Taylor, a 6'4 275 pound mauler that holds an offer from Army and interest from plenty others. Warwick is a worker, someone that loves the grind and provides versatility in the interior. Those two seniors will lead the way and help teach the young guys up front in Pilant, Coffey and Wilson. Pilant is a name to follow over the next two years as he could be the next stud coming off the Hornets O-line. If these five gel together properly, Carter could have a big year with a possible deep playoff run.

- Talent has been collected at Southwind for them to have one of the better O-line units not just in the West TN region but potentially the entire state as well. Where the best talent resides is with their youth but vets like Mosby, Polk and Fifer will be key cogs up front that will provide balance and steady play throughout the season. Mosby is one senior prospect to watch this Fall as he brings good size (6'5 275), length and athletic skills to the field that might push him to the college level. Polk and Fifer should provide steady play in the middle at both guard and center. Where the potential and upside up front sits is with Keefer and Campbell. Both these guys are destined for the college ranks with Keefer possibly becoming one of the top O-linemen from the #TN2027 class.

- The Red Devils should have one of the better offenses in the state for the 2024 season and that statement can come true due to the O-line and their potential. There may not be a “star” labeled at the moment for Germantown in the trenches but the upside is there. The senior leader up front will be [player_tooltip player_id='466282' first='Tyrin' last='Williams'], who should handle one of the tackle positions with a chance to boost his recruiting stock this Fall. Amos, Jr should take care of the other tackle role and he is the guy within the front five that has the potential to play his way into Power Four status. Dolly, Harris and Thomson are three underclassmen that should provide balance and strength in the middle. Dolly is a guy I'm interested to watch as he may be undersized but the dude is strong with the upside to develop nicely at guard or center. This is a nice group on the O-line for Germantown and a major factor behind their possible success this year in the 6A ranks.

- Doing my scouting this off-season, this O-line group from Green Hill is a unit I see potential with that many others may not. What the Hawks have up front are some physical but athletic guys that show upside on film to become future college guys. The first guy to mention here is Harris, a two-way talent that could become of the better guard prospects from the #TN2026 class. Joining him on the interior could be a mix of guys between McNamara, Wolff and Fowler. McNamara has a chance to play tackle this year. [player_tooltip player_id='1250497' first='Devin' last='Rightor'] is someone that has jumped on my radar this off-season as a guy that could play his way into college status. He is a strong dude with nice athleticism that could handle tackle or guard. There is a lot to work on with this group but I see the long term potential and a unit that helps Green Hill go on a deep playoff run.

- This unit was too good with potential to leave off this list. Last season was a bit of a learning curve for the Lynx O-line but that should pay off this season as Lausanne could have one of the better units up front in the West TN region. Everything in the trenches on offense begins with seniors [player_tooltip player_id='1102436' first='Zayne' last='Aqraa'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1545426' first='Yusuf' last='Sharif']. Both of these guys are under the radar, steady performers that should put forth their best season yet. Johnson is a physical mauler in the middle that might have the most potential of anyone up front. The most intriguing guy to me is Hoehn, a rising junior with great size (6'5 295) and the ability to play tackle or guard. Davis provides depth and a potential starter on both sides of the line. This looks like a nice group of guys in the trenches for Lausanne and possibly a pillar towards a big 2024 season.
