Bey broke onto the scene last fall and helped Mesquite Horn get out to a fast start with his playmaking ability. He can spin it, he has good touch on his deep ball and he has the arm strength to fit the football into tight coverage windows. Bey moves well in the pocket, he keeps his eyes downfield and he throws well on the run. He is a dangerous runner in the open field, he is phonebooth quick and he has the speed to make a house call for six. Bey just made the recent move to North Forney and I expect him to bring some juice to their offensive attack. Offers have come in this spring from Missouri, California, UTEP and Central Florida to name a few.

Wise is one of fastest rising recruits in the 2026 class and the junior gunslinger is poised to make some noise this season. He had a coming out party in 2023, passing for over 1,800 yards with 21 touchdowns and rushing for 472 yards with 11 touchdowns. Wise has the arm talent to thread the needle into small coverage windows. He can push the ball deep with excellent touch and he has a quick release that enables him to work the short to intermediate areas with pinpoint accuracy. Wise is a duel threat, who can hurt defenses with his feet and he is deadly in the zone read run game. Wise is shaping up to be the next great signal caller to come out of Westlake and should continue to put pressure on defenses in 2024. College programs have taken notice. Offers have come in from SMU, North Texas, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, Houston, Nebraska and UTEP.

Peterson Jr. is poised for a big season with a Forney team that made a deep playoff run last season. He stands tall in the pocket, he has a strong arm that enables him to take shots deep down the field and he can push the ball outside the numbers on a rope. Nelson has the quickness, speed and power to make plays with his feet. Last season he ran for 648 yards with 10 rushing touchdowns and passed for 1,167 yards and 15 touchdowns. He has seen offers come in from Ole Miss and Texas Tech.

Fette has been flying under the radar but is now trending upward. He moves well in the pocket to evade the rush and has the ability to make off-platform throws, showing his versatility and adaptability. Fette throws well on the run and has good touch on the deep ball, making him a threat to stretch the field vertically. He is an athletic runner with the quickness and speed to make defenders miss in the open field, adding another dimension to his game. As he continues to develop, Fette's rising profile marks him as a dynamic and promising quarterback to watch. His recruiting profile has taken of this offseason, with offers coming from UTEP, SMU,TCU, Baylor, Houston, North Texas, Texas State, California and New Mexico State.
