Cadariyus Love Cadariyus Love 5'8" | DB Andalusia | 2025 AL is a really talented defensive back prospect out of Andalusia that had a heck of a year last fall out in their secondary. Love is a ballhawking DB that can match up well against some of the state’s top recievers, and he has the stats to prove it. Last fall, Love ended the season with 51 tackles, 2 pass breakups, and 6 interceptions on the year. It’s fun watching his tape as Love presents so many challenges for opposing offenses to overcome- he frequently baits quarterbacks into bad passes he then picks off, is a dependable tackler, and doesn’t shy away from getting involved in the run game. No matter what opposing offesnes run, Love finds himself in the right spot to make plays/slow them down. Keep an eye on him this fall, he’s heading into a big senior season where he will be a huge factor in Andalusia’s secondary!

Wils Johnson Wils Johnson 5'11" | 195 lbs Saint James | 2025 AL is a Swiss Army Knife for Saint James- making plays on both sides of the ball, all over the field the last few seasons for them. Johnson had a super productive year for them last fall, recording 155 total tackles, 3 forced fumbles, 4 sacks, and 6 receptions for 77 yards. Although he’s a viable target at tight end, Johnson truly shines on defense as a star linebacker for his team. Some things that really stood out to me with his tape are how hard he hits, his tackling techniques, and his understanding of opposing offenses and where he needs to be on the field to impact them. Johnson is a beast when it comes to locating, pursuing, and tackling the ball carrier. It doesn’t matter where he initially lines up, his anticipation and pursuit are seriously valuable to him as a player and it shows as he can easily make sideline-to-sideline plays all over the field. Keep an eye on Johnson this fall, he’s set up for a big senior season for both Saint James and his defense.

Adyn Vann Adyn Vann 5'10" | 165 lbs | LB Auburn | 2028 AL is a super talented outside linebacker out of Auburn who is heading into his freshman year this fall- and with what he showed on tape throughout middle school-he’s going to be a big factor in their defense this fall. Vann thrives both off the ball and with his hand in the dirt- he can easily track, pursue, and make tackles on the ball carrier all around the field and also has a good set of pass-rushing skills at an early age. It doesn’t matter what opposing offenses are trying to do, Vann finds ways to get to the ball and make impact plays. He already has some really solid athleticism at his position, and as he continues to develop he’s only going to get better. Keep an eye on him as he heads into his freshman year, he will without a doubt be one of the top defensive performers in our 2028 class!

RaKeveon Goldsmith is a rising freshman quarterback at Hoover that presented a lot of good traits on tape throughout his middle school career. It’s clear that Goldsmith is comfortable and has a good presence in the pocket- he can maneuver around defensive linemen to avoid pressure and can take hits while throwing some beautiful passes downfield. Goldsmith already has some really impressive arm strength- he frequently launches the ball downfield for huge gains, has some great touch underneath the ball, and places it only where his receivers can go up for it. In addition to his arm talent, it’s clear Goldsmith has a good understanding of his offense already. He goes through multiple reads, takes his time, and makes great decisions under pressure. Keep an eye on him going forward, he could be a real impact playmaker in Hoover’s offense over his high school career!
