Athletic & Versatile Recruits With Enormous Upside

Having a big-bodied guy who can go up and bring the ball down in just about any situation is huge. It felt like anytime they needed a conversion they looked Forestal's way. 46 catches as a TE last season just showcases the volume they trusted him with. He has decent hands and is fairly fluid with his body movements. He's also much quicker than you'd expect for a guy with his height. If he gets some open space, he will take advantage of it with his 4.50 40-yard dash. His length and frame are legit, which help him in so many categories. He always makes first contact when rushing the passer and that allows him to be the one to make the move. While he doesn't have a ton of Varsity action, he should see a big bump over the next few years. A true TE who can go on the end of the line and block, go downfield, and then still has enough in the tank to go play some defense. He's made mistakes and made big-time plays. Like any young recruit, you just want to see the raw athletic ability and the desire to improve. Williams checks those boxes as well which is why I think he'll have no issue finding a landing spot.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
