The weekend is officially over and we're back analyzing talent from around the great state of Texas. Today, I'm focusing on 4A Division Two and looking at which 2026s in Region One you need to keep an eye on this fall. Their potential varies from prospect to prospect, but I do believe they all have upside for the next level.

WR: Kaden Brogden, 5'10" 170, Levelland

Kaden shows good burst off the line, he has the body control to adjust to poorly placed balls and is a catch-and-tuck runner after the catch. He's got above-average speed with the ball in his hands, he can make the first defender miss and is a pretty slippery return man.

ATH: [player_tooltip player_id='970080' first='Cedric' last='Ross'], 5'10" 175, Estacado

Ross had quality production as a sophomore finishing with 1,161 total yards and 13 total touchdowns. He's a physical runner after the catch with impressive balance. Cedric can stick his foot in the dirt, bounce a run, and be off to the races. He's extremely creative as a returner and can make defenders miss in a phone booth.

DB: Donivan Torrez, 5'9" 160, Estacado

A playmaking strong safety that always seems to find the football. He's a thumper who can come up and deliver the lumber on crossing routes. He's got good tracking speed, is sticky in man coverage, and reads the quarterback's intentions like a book working from his high safety spot. This young man is so instinctual and I think could have a monster junior season.

ATH: Colt Matlock, 6'2" 180, Brock

A fun two-way prospect who is a shifty punt returner with vision, power, and natural football instincts. At corner, he's got great length and uses it to his advantage and will keep his footwork within the framework of his body. As a receiver, he makes easy work of press coverage, he's got plenty of YAC ability, and shows excellent concentration through contested catches.

ATH: [player_tooltip player_id='1303661' first='Jace' last='Gill'] 5'11" 170, Graham

Jace can line up at just about every skill position and make an impact on offense. He's got sudden change of direction, soft hands out of the backfield, and his legs never stop churning through contact. He's patient allowing pullers to set up in front of him and is fearless venturing into the heart of a defense when lined up in the slot.
