Fellows saw on-and-off time on varsity next season but does look to be the front-runner for the Park Center QB1 job up until this point in the offseason. He boasts a college-ready frame and wasn't afraid to stretch the field or throw at tight windows on the tape he did have from last year. Fellows could surprise a lot of people during his senior year.

Herman split time on JV and varsity last season, on varsity, he put up over 200 yards on almost a 70% completion percentage with 3 TDs and 0 INTs. So I'm extremely excited to see what he can do with an entire year to sit behind the helm of a varsity offense. He's got a big arm and he isn't afraid to use it. With a snap-fast release, Herman slings the rock into tight windows, and he has been flawless with his ball placement until this point. I think Herman will explode onto the recruiting scene after a big senior year.

Maynard is another prospect who split time between JV and varsity last season, but that split was almost a true 50/50. In his 9 games played on varsity (4 started), Maynard racked up over 1,000 passing yards, 300 rushing yards, and 18 TOT, all with a 122.8 passer rating. His tape reveals a patient QB, who despite his relative inexperience, makes high-level reads and throws. As a player, Maynard has all of the physical and mental skills to have a successful senior year, but he's blessed enough to have a Gophers commit to throw to as well. Maynard and the Huskies could surprise a lot of people this year.

A dual-threat QB hailing from Southern Minnesota, Prolo just snagged his first offer from NSIC member Winona State! During his junior year, Prolo threw for over 750 yards and rushed for just shy of 550 while he put up 9 TOT. One of Prolo's strongest attributes is his ability to sense pressure from a collapsing pocket and scramble to create big gains downfield. Alternatively, he can simply gash a defense with his legs on a designed run. When he is called on to pass, Prolo thrives out of the play action delivering quick hitters, but has also shown the ability to hit tight back shoulder fades. Prolo is a QB to keep your eye on next season.

Jack Strickfaden is a dog and not so coincidentally one of the best pure passers in his class. As a junior, he put up over 1,500 passing yards with 21 TDs. His film reinforces just how good of a playmaker the numbers suggest he is. Strickfaden's pocket escapability is wild, every time pressure surrounds him he finds a way to succeed, whether that be somehow finding an open man, or making a play with his legs. The touch and zip he puts on balls is elite, and if there's an open man downfield, he's going to find them. All eyes are on Strickfaden ahead of next season.

In the 7 games he played last season, Theis totaled just over 500 passing yards with 7 passing TDs. As a QB, he's a scrappy competitor who has gotten comfortable slinging the ball from uncomfortable positions, such as off of one foot or mid-sack. Theis has an elegant throwing motion and a quick release, both of which contribute to the amount of success he sees throwing out-of-play action. Theis remains an underrated QB ahead of his senior season.

A small-town outstate prospect, Tietz is a two-sport (football/baseball) standout who I'm happy has been put on my radar. His film is electric, filled with him making ridiculously hard throws look ridiculously easy. His ability to consistently hit back-shoulder fades outside of the hashes is uncanny, and he is among the best at hitting that route among prospects I've studied. His ball placement is repeatedly elite, and when none of his receivers are open, Tietz will scramble for TDs. His upside is extraordinary and should be paid close attention to next season.
