Cash McKie
McKie is a big and physical runner that gets downhill in a hurry and chunks big time yards inside the tackles. He is a long strider through the first two levels and covers a ton of ground while showing good leg drive through contact and is able to break through arm and ankle tackles. He shows good vision in tight windows while able to cutback against flow and looks for contact in the hole. He also shows an open field gear and always falls forward to gain tough yards inside while able to make defenders miss in the short area. He is a no brainer to enter into our updated rankings in the 2025 class, and should have a huge Senior year in 2024.
Crook has had a terrific off-season and showed good position versatility playing both guard and center on the camp circuit. He is an extremely physical blocker with heavy hands a strong inside punch and has a powerful lower body while knowing how to win with leverage and getting underneath blockers before finishing. He has impressed at multiple 5 on 5 stops this Spring, and is an athletic blocker that can pull, get out to linebackers in space and shows good movement abilities and athleticism for his size. He is one of the top offensive line prospects across the state in this Senior class, and should have plenty of next level opportunities come his way in the coming months.
Highlights
Chris Zabel
Chris Zabel
Zabel is a still developing prospect, but very intriguing due to his frame, length and natural size with the ability to pack on more weight. He is a natural bender in his stance, can get out quickly and is strong at the POA, while also showing he can finish downfield and get to the second level and block in space. He anchors the LOS for one of the top teams in Idaho, and is one of the regions best and poised for a terrific Senior season. He should draw D3+ interest/roster spot opportunities through his final prep season for the Vikings.
Parker Dougal
Parker Dougal
Dougal has tremendous size and growth potential at 6’4 and is a long and rangy kid that can play a variety of positions at the next level. He is explosive off the wall with a quick first step and shows he gets hands on blockers immediately with a quick lockout and powerful punch at the point of attack. He also flashes the ability to redirect and chase down ballcarriers backside, while able to anchor down and take on drive blocks/ double teams. He should have plenty of D3+ interest through this off-season and his Senior year, and is a name to note as we head into the Fall. Dougal is another prospect that will enter into our rankings in the next update after a strong season and Spring so far.
