A quick turn-around for Don Bosco’s Aidan O’Neil Aidan O’Neil 6’4″ | 220 lbs | DL Don Bosco | 2027 NJ . After receiving an offer from the Virginia Tech Hokies in late April, O’Neil doubled-back and received an offer from VaTech’s ACC rival, Boston College.
Camden’s standout athlete D’Hani Cobbs D’Hani Cobbs 5’10” | 165 lbs | WR Camden | 2025 State NJ is making waves in the recruiting scene. After picking up a full-ride from Villanova back in mid-April (sorry I missed that one, Cobbs), Morgan State made a bear of an offer to Cobbs, doing the same. As the season plays out, expect more offers for Cobbs to come rolling in.
A 2024 graduate, Roscoe Davis Roscoe Davis 6’4″ | 235 lbs | DL Immaculata | 2024 NJ , was off to college in the fall. Now he will be resuming a role familiar to him – that of a student-athlete. Formerly of Immaculata, Davis will be heading to The College of New Jersey, TCNJ, to continue his athletic career.
Jareel Calhoun Jareel Calhoun 5’11” | 160 lbs | ATH Plainfield | 2025 NJ is a prospect I need to get my eyes on. An import formerly of Pennsylvania’s Allentown Central Catholic, Calhoun will now be a part of the upstart Plainfield Cardinals. Shortly after heading to Jersey, Calhoun picked up his third Division I offer, this one from Marshall University. Certainly more to come on this highly regarding prospect.
Admittedly, Bryce Wright Bryce Wright 6’2″ | 200 lbs | LB Penns Grove | 2025 NJ is a prospect I should brush up on a bit heading into the 2024 season. Never the less, the under-the-radar prospect is now on the Division I map. Yesterday, Kent State was the first institution to offer Wright. I expect many more to follow.
