<p>When the final <strong>Pylon Top 25 rankings</strong> were released, MVP was ranked the #5 team country just behind FSP Blue Chip at #4. The 5th place finish nationally was one of the best ever for an Oregon team. </p>

<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p><strong>Matt Quinn</strong> leads the organization and is as solid as they come on and off the field. What him and his guys did over the last few months will be hard to replicate, winning 5 tournaments at all levels, including the Pylon Seattle tournament. </p>

<p>The X factor and maybe the 7V7 MVP among all NW teams was [player_tooltip player_id='754594' first='Jack' last='Foley']. The 6-4 200-pound standout WR scored 17 TDs last season for his Mountain View squad while earning 1st team all-state honors. As good as he was during the year, he was even more impressive at the tournaments, landing an offer from Washington St in the process. He is the fastest rising recruit in Oregon for the 2025 class and will likely add numerous offers during the upcoming summer camp circuit. </p>

<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>QB [player_tooltip player_id='406763' first='Noah' last='Blair'] out of Thurston was another kid who killed it during the regular season with 3000+ passing yards and 39 TDs. He backed it up and then some on the 7v7 circuit, leading the team to multiple championships. </p>

<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>A name you will hear often in the coming years will be [player_tooltip player_id='904208' first='Zeke' last='Thomas']. The 8th grade QB projects as one of the best in the West for the 2028 class. Very few athletes his age are able to step up and do well. He actually excelled and was one of the best on the field all year long. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>2026 WR [player_tooltip player_id='769995' first='Evan' last='Wusstig'] was recently offered by Portland St. I have personally been hollering his name for a while, listing him as a preseason 1st team all-state kid on both sides of the football. He is a top 10 prospect in the class and will add multiple D1 offers in the coming months. </p>

<p>Other MVP athletes to make note of include [player_tooltip player_id='285876' first='Kameron' last='Rague'] of South Medford and [player_tooltip player_id='407441' first='Kerek' last='Kato'] of Sheldon. Rague was the Oregon 3A POY at Cascade Christian as a sophomore before making the transfer. There are still question marks, but he has the potential of being a good collegiate athlete. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Look for Kato to have a big senior season at Sheldon after a super impressive showing on the 7v7 circuit and good junior year for the Irish. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>You will also hear a lot about Central Oregon standout [player_tooltip player_id='780468' first='Dylan' last='Hughes'] of Summit, Crescent Valley RB [player_tooltip player_id='914281' first='Koen' last='Campos'], and all everything Roseburg athlete [player_tooltip player_id='1103441' first='Maveryck' last='Akers']. All are 26's. </p>
