Carsyn Baker Carsyn Baker 6'2" | 195 lbs | RB Langston Hughes | 2026 State GA – RB – Langston Hughes
A speedy Atlanta back who ran wild as a sophomore last season, Baker had a life-changing day on the recruiting trail earlier this week, adding major offers from Auburn, Texas &M, Kentucky, and UCF over the last few days. He’s a natural runner who hits the hole hard and shows breakaway speed down the field. He showed last year that he’s an easy Power Five running back and one of the very best not only in Atlanta but across the state in the 2026 class. He’s due for a boost in the 2026 rankings after a big sophomore season where he not only flashed his speed, but his ability to break tackles, his quick feet, his power, and his balance when carrying the ball. He doesn’t mind contact and can fall forward at the end of runs. His stock is on the rise, and more offers are likely to come his way soon.
Kaden Carter – Lamar County
A breakout defender to know in Middle Georgia, Carter is an impressive-looking sophomore who knows how to run and hit in a 6-foot-2 205-pound frame. He’s quick off the snap and has the ability to fly into the backfield and make a play on the ball carrier. He wraps up consistently and knows how to leave a bruise when he delivers a hit. He’s tough, physical, and versatile as he helps run the football offensively while piling up tackles at linebacker. This hungry sophomore might see his recruitment take off soon after earning a massive offer this week from the national champion Michigan Wolverines. As a sophomore last fall, the two-way standout made 71 tackles, four TFLs, one sack, and one fumble recovery. He’s a prospect on the rise who will earn a new Prep Redzone ranking in the next update.
Chris Carbin – EDGE – Hillgrove
A versatile, playmaking linebacker with a lean 6-foot-4 210-pound frame, Carbin is one of the more underrated defenders in Cobb County who is starting to see his stock rise on the recruiting trail. This Hillgrove linebacker can play in the middle or on the edge due to his length, quickness, and ability to help in the run game. He’s a sound, physical hitter who can also play in space and cover a lot of ground in coverage. He shows good instincts, reacts quickly, and finds a way to make plays. He’s earned D1 offers recently from Western Kentucky, Miami (OH), and Duke with more likely coming his way. His best football is way ahead of him, and he’s likely bound for a giant junior season in 2024 if he continues to work on his craft and adds more muscle this fall. He’s also on his way to earning a Prep Redzone ranking when the next update is released.
