Darrol Young Darrol Young 5’10” | 185 lbs | WR East Hartford | 2025 New E is another prospect I liked at the camp. He has a solid compact frame and stands 5’10 185lbs. He attends East Hartford High School in Connecticut. He held his own throughout the competition and drill period while flashing athleticism that showed promise. He has a decent get-off. He can sell the go route, make precise cuts in/out of breaks, and catch the ball on a consistent basis. His performance earned him honorable mention recognition.
Malcolm Mason Malcolm Mason 6’2″ | 190 lbs | WR Lawrence Academy | 2027 State New E flashed all-around athleticism throughout the day. He stands 6’2″ 190 lbs with a thick frame. He took reps at WR and DB throughout the day. He is in the class of 2027 and has plenty of time to continue to develop. Mason was consistent and competitive on the day. Two traits that stood out were his one-step cuts and outstanding catching abilities. Then throw in his versatility to play DB, and he is a prospect to watch closely as he continues to develop in a solid NEPSAC program at Lawrence Academy. His performance earned him honorable mention recognition.
Dante Lamonica will be a rising sophomore in the fall of 2024. He stands 6’0, 156 lbs, and has a lean frame. Lamonica flashed a burst into the route and showed his one-step cuts to be an effective skill to use to get separation from defenders. His performance on the day identified him as a prospect to keep an eye on as he goes through his high school career. He is in the class of 2027 and has plenty of time to continue to grow and develop his skill set. His performance earned him honorable mention recognition.
