Cox Mill had a nice crowd out for their showcase to end their Spring Practice season. We spoke with several players who stood out throughout the showcase.

ATH [player_tooltip player_id='1149032' first='Marcus' last='Sales'] made several big plays at wide receiver and will also play an important role in the defensive secondary. Sales has several Division 1 offers currently from Vanderbilt, Charlotte, and Eastern Kentucky, Marcus also has interest from other Division 1 programs in the ACC.

OL [player_tooltip player_id='1199378' first='Xavier' last='Noje'] is an important leader up front for the Chargers offensive line. At 6'1 and 260 pounds, Xavier projects as an interior OL prospect at the next level. He is a strong player that can hold the point of attack well in pass protection against big defensive tackles.

DE Nick Hamrick is a good looking Edge prospect - at 6'3, Nick showed some good ability to help set the edge of the defense in the run game. I think he's a bit of an under-the-radar player that could have a breakout season for the Chargers.

LB Dominic Schwind is a confident leader in the middle of the Chargers defense. I was impressed with his aggressiveness in the run game, shooting through open windows to get to the running back and making smart reads consistently. Dominic also showed some good sideline-to-sideline speed in chasing plays down outside the hashes.

DB [player_tooltip player_id='1600453' first='Trey' last='Floyd'] has shown some good speed and athleticism coming back from injury. I think he flashed some very good man coverage ability, especially during this showcase in particular. I am excited to see how Trey accepts the opportunity to become a very good player this upcoming season.

Finally, OL Elisha Wilson is an under the radar prospect standing at 6'4 and 275 pounds. Elisha should generate some recruiting interest during the upcoming camp season - I liked his physicality at the point of attack, and as Elisha continues to grow as a player, I think he has some immense potential to grow into a very good offensive line prospect for the collegiate level.
