This year was no exception. Many returning top-ranked prospects performed in the event, and New Prospects worthy of being ranked were identified. In this report, I will preview six underclassmen prospects who stood out on Day 2. One of the prospects is known to us and ranked. Another is on our current watch list and we are adding 4 new prospects within their respective classes.
Alvin had a strong presence during the tournament. I observed him making play after play on both sides of the ball. He is a very athletically coordinated prospect who can play WR and DB. I feel his DB skills are where many college coaches will actually look to recruit him moving forward. I observed him naturally flips hips and gets in and out of breaks. Doesn’t take false steps. Great instincts. Early report is he is already grabbing attention from college programs after attending camps during summer 2023.
“Alvin” has an early position rank as the #11 Athlete in the class of 2026 in New England. I spoke with him during the event about his current recruitment activity. (See Youtube video Below)

Rocco Roy Rocco Roy 5’10” | 140 lbs | WR Gardner Ma. | 2027 New E is a rising WR who has very good balance and body control. I observed him making several impressive catches that included going up high over defenders to laying his body out to complete the catch. He is a bit undersized right now but he is only a class of 2027 prospect and has plenty of time to continue to develop his frame. A playmaker WR is what you get with him. He can catch and get the YAC consistently. Saw varsity action as a freshmen.

Jalen Moseley Jalen Moseley 5’11” | 135 lbs | ATH Lasalle Academy | 2027 New E is a rising prospect that grabbed my attention during tournament play. He attends Lasalle Academy in RI and with that comes the assumption that he will be developed correctly in a solid established program with good history. He flashed excellent hands, agility, and body control with balance. He stands 5’11” with a lean frame that just a bit undersized now at 135 lbs. I expect him to break the varsity lineup this fall 2024, and I will be keeping a close eye on his performances during the season.

A very technical player who players with a physical presence. I witnessed this in a 7v7 environment where you rarely will see prospects display physicality as a result of no pads being worn. He impressed me with his smooth back pedal, the ability to flip hips and gets in and out of breaks. He rarely takes false steps. Has good instincts. Flashes ability to come up in the alley to support in the run game and against screens. He attends Bishop Hendricken in Rhode Island and will be a projected starter for them in fall 2024.
