Now that our 2026 rankings update for the state of Kentucky has been officially published, I have taken the past couple weeks to focus on the top players at each position. With those players already being covered, I wanted to take the time to focus on some players to watch that are outside of the top five at their position. After already covering the offensive and defensive sides of the ball, I will now wrap up this series with some ATH in the class of 2026 in the state of Kentucky to keep an eye on who make an impact at multiple positions.

On offense, McPeake had a very strong year as a ball carrier, finishing the season with 148 carries for 1,084 yards and 11 touchdowns in 12 games. He is a strong runner, showing the contact balance to break tackles with ease without losing stride. McPeake has also shown the speed to run away from the defense once he hits the open field. Willem also plays a key role on defense at linebacker, finishing this past season with 68 tackles, three tackles for loss, and one interception which he returned for a touchdown. McPeake doesn't currently hold any offers but he is a player that college coaches should definitely keep a close eye on going into his junior year.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["971504"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='971504' first='Bryson' last='Rowsey'] is a player that caught my attention with a strong sophomore season. Rowsey is a very reliable receiver on offense, finishing this past season with 38 receptions for 399 yards and five touchdowns in 14 games. He is a smooth route runner, showing the ability to create separation with ease. Rowsey is also dangerous after the catch, using his speed to turn short passes into big gains at any given moment. Bryson is also a lockdown corner on defense, showing tremendous man coverage ability and ball skills, finishing this past season as his team's leader in interceptions with three, returning one of them for a touchdown. Rowsey doesn't currently hold any offers but he should be a player to keep an eye on heading into his junior season.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["971500"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='971500' first='Cameron' last='Davis'] is a player who I've had my eyes on for a while now and continued to stand out this past season. Davis is an electric play maker on offense, doing a lot of his damage out of the backfield. He has explosive speed, showing the ability to get to the outside or burst through the running lane in a hurry and run away from the defense once he hits the open field. Davis finished his sophomore year with 42 carries for 460 yards and six touchdowns in 12 games. He also caught 20 passes for 362 yards and four touchdowns, and returned two kickoffs for touchdowns this past season. Davis also plays a key role on defense at safety, finishing his sophomore year with 76 tackles, three tackles for loss, and one interception which he returned for a touchdown. Wagers is a versatile player in the Clay County option, showing the ability to play as a true tight end, out wide at receiver, and out of the backfield as an H-Back. As a receiving threat, he has the speed to pose as a deep threat and very reliable hands. He finished this past season with 41 catches for 593 yards and 14 touchdowns in 11 games. Wagers is also a very reliable blocker, showing the ability to drive his man out of the picture to create a running lane. He also made an impact as a ball carrier this past season, running the ball 22 times for 114 yards and three touchdowns. Wagers also plays a role on defense as a defensive end, finishing this past season with 28 tackles, two tackles for loss, and one sack.
