Star City offensive lineman Asher Lanehart showcases explosiveness, athleticism and strength at the position. Lanehart displays explosion off the line of scrimmage, maintaining good pad level and hand placement. His quick feet and relentless activity enable him to drive defenders into the ground or push them to the second level. He dominates in reach, base, and down blocks, leveraging the previous skills mentioned with good angles. His strong anchor, bolstered by powerful lower body and strong hands, allows him to control opponents against the pass rush. His effort and motor are impressive, playing until the whistle.
