He can throw a deep ball down the field and also catch one. He brings a high level of skill and adaptability to his roles. Amare’s ability to excel in multiple positions shows his dedication to the sport. Amare will continue to take on whichever role on offense is needed for his team’s success. He is a dynamic player whose value on the field is unmatched. Look for Amare to have a huge offseason and continue to grow as one of the team’s leaders.
Namolos Thompson
Namolos Thompson
Namolos has established himself as a dominant force in his seasons as an underclassman, consistently performing well on the field. His power allows him to push through the defense and gain significant yardage. His quick-cut ability enables him to change directions and maneuver past defenders. Namolos runs through all arm tackles and maintains his momentum, even when carrying multiple defenders. His powerful running and agility have been a consistent threat in the backfield, often turning broken plays into huge gains. His previous performances as an underclassman speak volumes about his potential and the impact he plans to make coming into his senior year.

Can you introduce us to some of the standout players from your team who have caught your attention recently?
The coach highlighted several standout players, including Kyren Campbell (DB), Amare Breedlove (QB/FS), Namolos Thompson (RB), Tyree Porter (ATH), and Amaree Robinson (TE/DE).
What specific qualities or attributes do these players collectively bring to the team that contribute to its success on the field?
Collectively, these players have been leaders in our off-season workouts and have excelled in the classroom. They do a great job of leading by example and bring a strong work ethic to every practice and game.
How have these players’ leadership and presence influenced the team dynamics and morale?
These players are true team-first individuals. They have willingly moved to new positions or tried positions they haven’t played before without any complaints. For example, Namolos played guard initially but transitioned to running back, showcasing his adaptability. Amare went from playing wide receiver to quarterback, facing initial challenges but ultimately gaining valuable experience and maintaining a positive attitude.
In your opinion, which of these players have the potential to stand out at the next level (college football, beyond high school), and why?
I believe all these players have the potential to excel at the next level. Kyren is an All-Conference DB, while Amare and Namolos have garnered Division I (D1) interest. Their size and agility have attracted attention from colleges, and they have upcoming junior days and spring practices to showcase their skills.
Can you tell us about the dedication and work ethic these players demonstrate in practice and off the field?
These players are consistent and dedicated, showing up every day for workouts and putting in the effort regardless of how they feel. They also excel in their academic responsibilities, demonstrating a well-rounded commitment to their roles on and off the field.
Are there any challenges or obstacles these players have collectively overcome that you believe are worth highlighting?
Namolos faced a season-ending injury in Week 2 following an impressive sophomore season. Despite this setback, he maintains a determined attitude and is eager to remind everyone of his capabilities on the field.
