This past weekend PRZ was in Everett, WA for the Stock-Up Showcase where numerous top athletes participated. Referenced below are a few of the defensive standouts, talking on how they performed overall and from a testing standpoint. Check out a quick summary of each individual ..

[player_tooltip player_id='868611' first='Tyson' last='Glenn-Thomas'] 26' DB/ATH Lindbergh

One of the top ranked ATH's in the 26' class. He earned 1st team all-league honors on both sides of the football for 2A Lindbergh, also playing CF in baseball. From a testing standpoint he will need to shed some time off his 40, but overall he continues to do well

[player_tooltip player_id='1111004' first='Kaine' last='Aguon'] 26' DB River Ridge

Easily one of the most impressive athletes at the event. Aguon ran the fastest 40-yard dash of any defender with a 4.83. He had a phenomenal sophomore season, earning 2nd team all-conference honors, while making 60 tackles, with 3 INTs, and 5 PBU's.

[player_tooltip player_id='1136403' first='Oliver' last='Farivar'] 25' SS Lake Washington

Farivar has one of the fastest rising stocks in WA, impressing in the secondary and earning all-conference honors this past season. On the year he made 68 tackles, with 2.5 tfl's, and 1 INT.

DL

[player_tooltip player_id='402789' first='Derek' last='Colman-Brusa'] 26' DE Kennedy Catholic

One of the top overall players in the West for the 2026 class. His size is real, measuring in at 6-4 ½ and 243 pounds. The offers from the likes of Washington, Washington St, and Oregon St speak for themselves. He also did well in the shuttle and broad jump. Expect Colman-Brusa to be a state POY favorite over the next two seasons.

[player_tooltip player_id='899871' first='Mathaias' last='Kalepo'] 26' DL Bellevue

Kalepo played a role as a sophomore on Bellevue's state title team averaging close to 4 tackles per game. He moves incredibly well off the ball, with his testing times not adequately reflecting how mobile he is.

[player_tooltip player_id='748214' first='Xander' last='W Shaw'] 26' DE Steilacoom

Statistically speaking Shaw has been one of the most impressive underclassmen in the state, making 49 total tackles this past season, with 10 TfL's, and 18 hurries. He has good size but will need to improve on his 5.45 40 yad dash time.

[player_tooltip player_id='928117' first='Jonah' last='Smith'] 26' DL Yelm

Smith is an outstanding overall athlete, winning a wrestling state title and also playing baseball. He is consistently one of the top players on the field and a legit contributor as a sophomore for one of the NW's top programs in Yelm. Jonah is never going to be a testing phenom but that doesn't stop him from being wildly successful.

[player_tooltip player_id='1248698' first='James' last='Ongosia'] 25' DL Lincoln

Ongosia moves well for a kid 6-0 306 pounds. He was an honorable mention all-conference selection this past season for prominent 3A Washington power Lincoln.

Aaedyn Havili 28' DL

Just a super impressive 8th grader who will project as one of the state's best in the years ahead. He did relatively well with his shuttle time and will improve on his 40-yard dash. At 6-1 273 pounds right now, he has the necessary size to be a factor right away in HS.

LB

[player_tooltip player_id='693768' first='Keagan' last='Howard'] 25' LB Lake Stevens

Easily one of the most versatile two-way threats in Washington. Howard was one of the state leaders in tackles (127) and tackles for loss (27) this past season, helping his team to another state title. He was one of the best at the event from a testing standpoint as expected, also excelling on offense for Lake Stevens, with 19 catches for 292 yards and 4 TDs.

[player_tooltip player_id='1165835' first='Wyatt' last='Eiesland'] 25' LB Lacenter

The conference Defensive POY was hands down one of the top players in attendance. From a testing standpoint he was #1 overall, finishing towards the top of the charts in every category. He has legit size and will be in the conversation among the top players in WA at the 1A level.

[player_tooltip player_id='1248702' first='Keagan' last='Joseph'] 27' LB Archbishop Murphy

The talented freshman has good size and could be a key contributor for a resurging Archbishop Murphy program. Look for him to improve on his testing and be a factor.

[player_tooltip player_id='1248696' first='Jake' last='Sherfey'] 26' LB Tri Cities Prep

Sherfey ran one of the fastest 40 times among the defenders and did well overall with his testing. The small school talent can play on either side of the ball, likely projecting on D.
