With that being said, I wanted to highlight some players at each position that deserve and are still seeking their first college offer. After already covering the quarterbacks and running backs, here are some wide receivers in the class of 2025 in the state of Missouri that still need offers.
Devin Holt Devin Holt 6’1″ | 185 lbs | WR Rock Bridge | 2025 State MO is a wide receiver that I’m surprised hasn’t received an official offer yet. He is coming off a strong junior season in which he caught 43 passes for 760 yards and eight touchdowns in 10 games. Holt is a skilled route runner, using smooth breaks in his routes to create separation from opposing defensive backs. He also has impressive speed which he uses to pose as a deep threat and pick up extra yards after the catch. I can see that first offer coming soon for Devin as he has received a good amount of college interest and definitely has the talent to play at the next level.
Kai Crowe Kai Crowe 6’0″ | 170 lbs | WR Jackson | 2025 State MO is another receiver that had a very impressive junior year. He finished this past season with 67 receptions for 1,284 yards and 13 touchdowns in 12 games. Crowe lines up in the slot where he is able to use his speed to blow by opposing defenders in the deep passing game. He also has a high catch radius, showing the ability to catch passes at their highest point, even in tight coverage. Crowe is also a very physical, reliable blocker in the run game. Kai hasn’t reported any college interest but he is definitely a player that coaches should keep an eye on heading into his senior year.
Highlights
Davin Thomas Davin Thomas 6’0″ | 175 lbs | WR Joplin | 2025 State MO is a player that caught my attention with a solid junior year. He finished this past season with 45 receptions for 700 yards and 11 touchdowns in 12 games. Thomas is very dangerous when you get the ball in his hands in open space. He is used very frequently on screens where he is able to use his speed and elusiveness to make big plays after the catch. Thomas is also a smooth route runner, showing the ability to create separation and find an opening in zone coverage. I expect some offers to come Davin’s way going into his senior year as he has already received some college interest.
My final wide receiver in this series is Daisean Bennett Daisean Bennett 6’3″ | 210 lbs | WR Lee’s Summit North | 2025 State MO from Lee’s Summit North. Bennett had a solid junior year, finishing with 13 receptions for 244 yards and a touchdown in eight games. He has impressive speed which he uses to create separation in the deep passing game. When the ball is thrown his way, Bennett has shown that he has very reliable hands, catching the ball away from his body and showing the concentration to make catches in stride. I wouldn’t be surprised to see some offers come his way soon as Daisean has already received some college interest and has the talent to play somewhere at the next level.
