<p><strong>YORK </strong>| The Carolinas Coaches Combine is broken up into three parts – combine, measurables and then a competitive round. We bounced around to all the different areas and were impressed with what we saw from an agility and movement standpoint, especially during the pro shuttle and bench press.</p>

<p><strong>JT Lott</strong> | DL | Saluda</p>

<p>Lott has a quick twitch for a guy his size and he had a 4.56 time during his second go round at the pro shuttle.</p>

<p><strong>Matthew Blocker</strong> | DB | Irmo</p>

<p>We were impressed with Blocker's burst and acceleration moving from cone to cone at the pro shuttle</p>

<p><strong>Jeremiah Ellis</strong> | H-Back / TE | York</p>

<p>Ellis (pictured above) had a strong finish to his second turn at the shuttle, showing great agility and lateral movement.</p>

<p>Nichols was quickly moving from cone to cone, registering a time of 4.52, which one of the coaches called “the best of the day” at the time.</p>
