YORK | The stars of tomorrow shined on the turf field of York Comprehensive High on Saturday afternoon as the class of 2026 and 2027 took to the field. We got to see some interesting performances on display, and it was the Catawba River Region, who, like the morning session, swept up the awards in the afternoon.
And one of them is a new face you’ll be seeing in Rock Hill in the Fall. Cameron McMillon Cameron McMillon 6'2" | 185 lbs | QB Fairfield Central | 2026 State SC is now a South Pointe Stallion after lighting up the scoreboard for Fairfield Central, throwing for 2,394 yards and 24 touchdowns last year as a sophomore. He walked away with the offensive skill award.
Dutch Fork QB Ethan Offing walked away with the overall MVP award.

Best Vertical – Hayden Morris Hayden Morris 6'2" | 160 lbs | WR Indian Land | 2026 SC | WR | Indian Land
The rising junior had a strong showing during the vertical jump, registering at 28.7.
Broad Jump — Kason Canupp | QB | Rock Hill
The rising junior registered a 118 broad jump during the session.
Bench Press & Best D-Combo – Brysen Ginn | LB | South Pointe
Ginn (pictured above) showed strength by posting a strong 28 reps.
Pro Shuttle & 40-Yard Dash – Lincoln Wise | LB | Catawba Ridge
The best shuttle of the day came from Wise with a 4.25 time. He also registered a 4.5 in the 40.
Best O-Line – Caden Muskus | Chapin
Muskus posted 15 reps on the bench press and a 90 on the broad jump.
Best O-Combo – Cameron James Cameron James 6'2" | 205 lbs | TE Clover Highschool | 2026 SC | RB | Clover
James posted 14 reps on the bench press and ran a 4.53 in the 40.
Best D-Line – Miles Wilson | South Pointe
Wilson posted a strong 21 reps on the bench press and a 91 on the broad jump.
Best D-Skill – Tomarion Watkins | LB | Northwestern
Watkins ran a 4.66 in the 40 and had a 79” wingspan.
Top Specialist – Noah Hardy | PK | Fort Mill
Hardy ran a 4.69 in the 40 and had a 74” wingspan.
Leadership Award – Austin Wertz | OL | Ninety Six
Wertz posted a 95 on the broad jump and a 73” wingspan.
