’27 WR’s That Will See Increased Role in 2024

Cofield has a successful freshman season with 18 catches for 293 yards with 7 TDs. He had a game high 6 catches vs powerhouse Callaway and recorded a TD catch in each of the Braves last 5 games. Was 1st Team All Region selection and was named the New Comer of the Year in the Region. High football IQ that finds holes in the secondary and is not afraid to catch the ball in traffic. Good body control and has the "ups" to go up over taller DBs. Another guy that has contributed as a freshman in all 3 major sport at ACE and is outstanding on the hardwood. Long, lean and still growing into his frame. A little raw on the football field at this point but has good hands and the height to out jump smaller DBs. He had 16 catches for 291 yards with 4 TDs last Fall. He had a game high 2 catches for 65 yards in a win over Crawford Co. Runs real crisp routes and has good hands. Athletic guy that can be plugged in at almost any skill position on offense or defense. He had 16 catches for 252 yards with 2 TDs last season for the Trojans. He had a game high 4 catches for 55 yards vs Dalton. The Trojans had a tough season in '23 but where young and look to be turning the corner for 2024. Is 6'2 180 with a muscular frame that when he pads up he doesn't look like your typical freshman. He came on late last season for Hampton catching 10 passes for 169 yards with 3 TDs in the final 3 games of the season. Had a game high 100 yards on 4 catches in a game vs McDonough. Has a good off season on the 7 on 7 circuit and looks like a prospect on the verge breaking out.
