The class of 2026 is one of the most talented groups across the board that the state has seen in quite a few years. In this article, we are going to highlight several wide receivers from the class of 2026 to watch out for this spring.
Kamauri Austin Kamauri Austin 6'4" | 185 lbs | WR Bryant | 2026 State AR -Wide Receiver-Bryant-6’4” 185-Pounds
The amount of talent that the Bryant Hornets produce is always impressive each season. The Hornets are stocked with talent at wide receiver in the class of 2026. Austin has the knack of hauling in big receptions. He has the speed to stretch the field vertically and help create explosive plays in the passing game. Austin works the short and intermediate routes effectively. Austin has opened plenty of eyes on the 7-on-7 circuit and I expect a strong 2024 season from the talented Bryant wide receiver.
Jeff Regan Jeff Regan 5'9" | 160 lbs | WR Rogers | 2026 State AR -Wide Receiver-Rogers-5’7” 145-Pounds
Last season, Jeff Regan Jeff Regan 5'9" | 160 lbs | WR Rogers | 2026 State AR was one of the most explosive wide receivers in the state of Arkansas. He is dangerous on the vertical routes and a difficult wide receiver to contain because of his speed. Regan is a wide receiver that uses his speed well and will create separation using his speed. He catches anything thrown in his direction. I expect the Rogers wide receiver to have a big 2024 season and he should open plenty of eyes this spring as well.
Champ Davis Champ Davis 5'11" | 180 lbs | ATH Greenwood | 2026 AR -Athlete-Greenwood-5’11” 180-Pounds
The Greenwood Bulldogs have one the most talented receiving units in the state of Arkansas. Adding Champ Davis Champ Davis 5'11" | 180 lbs | ATH Greenwood | 2026 AR to the mix, gives Greenwood a wide receiver that can create plenty of separation no matter the route being ran. Davis has good speed and uses it to his advantage to create separation from opposing defensive backs. He adds another wide receiver that can turn a short gain into an explosive one for the Bulldogs. Davis is a wide receiver to watch out for over the next few months.
Jordan Harris Jordan Harris 6'7" | WR Maumelle | 2026 State AR -Wide Receiver-Maumelle-6’7”
Jordan Harris Jordan Harris 6'7" | WR Maumelle | 2026 State AR is a prospect that opens on the gridiron as well as on the hardwood. He uses his athletic ability to snatch the ball at its highest point. Harris has good quickness and is a threat to take it the distance from anywhere on the field. He has good hands and will haul in everything that is thrown in his area. Harris has the potential to put up some big numbers this upcoming season for the Hornets. He is a prospect to watch out for over the spring and summer.
Jackson Lane Jackson Lane 5'9" | 155 lbs | WR Bentonville West | 2026 State AR -Wide Receiver-Bentonville West-5’9” 130-Pounds
The Bentonville West wide receiver hauls in everything that is thrown in his direction. Lane has a knack for making the tough receptions look easy. He is a wide receiver that will cut his route short and work his way back to his quarterback. Lane does a great job of getting open for his quarterback. He is a prospect that I expect to have a strong spring. Lane has the potential to have an impressive 2024 football season.
