This 8th Grade Florida Future Stars team is comprised of some of the most, mega-talented 2028 prospects in the Sunshine State. In a talent-rich area like Florida, there are quite literally hundreds of kids that have the ability to make this team. However, with a ton of options out there in terms of camps/combines, showcases, 7v7 and now even recruiting visits, prospects have to decide if they want to be part of this special event. Every year prospects from this game walk away with D1 offers, and this year should be no different. Here's a look at the two prospects selected to play quarterback and the returning leg of their kicker.

He certainly looks more like a quarterback this year, than he did a year ago. However, he still appears to be one one solid muscle from head to do. Everybody puts a lot of scrutiny into the height of a quarterbacku002du002dwhich I completely understandu002du002dbut if he can get to a legitimate 6-foot, a lot of schools around the country will be checking in with the talented Southpaw.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["1247412"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"u003cdiv dir=u0022ltru0022u003eA talented righty with phenomenal fundamentals, [player_tooltip player_id='1247412' first='Luke' last='Toland'] is a quarterback that I'm excited to check out in person. On film, he has crisp footwork paired with minimal upper-body movement, otherwise. His throwing motion is short and compact. He does not waste time when making a decision and can really put it on his receivers, specifically in the intermediate, crossing and slant routes. Additionally, I love the fact that he's a multi-sport athlete (basketball) and plays 7v7 for the high-powered Tribe Nation. Should the 8th Grade Florida Future Stars need to rely on that often forgotten specialist, they got a reliable one in [player_tooltip player_id='899734' first='Kane' last='DesJardins'] out of Switzerland Point Middle School. A year ago he played up on the eighth-grade team, as a seventh-grader and proved his worth throughout the practices. There is no rushing the kicker on field goal attempts and/or extra points in the Future Stars Game, however, it all looks automatic until it's not. DesJardins drilled a 37-yard field goal against Georgia a year ago and certainly has the ability to do so again, this year.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":3,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-661d5b6303513"} /-->
