Injuries pressed Bryant into duty as a freshman at JL Mann last season and he performed well. He completed 60.2 percent of his passes for 780 yards with seven touchdowns and three interceptions. Bryant also ran for 151 yards and two touchdowns and averaged 7.9 yards per carry.

Bryant is a crazy athletic quarterback who made thee play of the Future Stars Game event last year, by scrambling and hurdling over a defender, looking like the Jumpman logo in the process. In an article breaking down top performers from last year’s game, I described Bryant as, “a really thick, solid kid at 5-foot-9 and 165 pounds”. Well he has seemingly stretched out a bit this year and now lists himself at 5-foot-11 and weighs around 160-pounds. He certainly looks more like a quarterback this year, than he did a year ago. However, he still appears to be one one solid muscle from head to do. Everybody puts a lot of scrutiny into the height of a quarterback–which I completely understand–but if he can get to a legitimate 6-foot, a lot of schools around the country will be checking in with the talented Southpaw.

Bryant is an Athletic QB out of Gainesville that is a fun player to watch with the ball in his hands. The 5’11 165 pound lefty prospect is great in the air and with his legs. A threat every time he steps on the field defenses have to know where Bryant is at all times. Along with being a playmaker Bryant is extremely strong and runs the ball like he’s a running back. Overall a great athlete and Qb whos going to be exciting to watch as he enters into high school this fall.

aka “Trip” aka “Show Time” is a dual threat lefty coming in at 5’10 and around the 150 to 160 pound range. This kid is exciting to watch and will not disappoint for price of admission. Very athletic playmaker that packs a punch with a strong lower half and a arm to compliment it. A highlight that sticks out to me the most is when Tristan went air born, hurdling a defender in the Future Stars game and kept running. He made it look way to easy. Having the capability to roll out, bootleg, launch deep balls, and or pull it down to turn into an above average ball carrier is a problem. Mr. Bryant has a bright future no doubt!

– There weren’t official stats kept for the week, but it also wouldn’t matter for Bryant. A lot of what Bryant did to stand out, probably wouldn’t fill up a sheet–but it was important
– When Bryant was on the field, the defense had to account for him because of the skill set he has. Whether lined up at quarterback or in the backfield, he was a threat to run or pass. Florida coaches used him well
– A really thick, solid kid at 5-foot-9 and 165 pounds with agility (see the feature picture) and speed to boot. Listed as an athlete because I could see him playing a number of positions. A true Swiss army knife
