#1-25

1.[player_tooltip player_id='406759' first='Zac' last='Stascausky'] 6-6 275 T Central Catholic OFFERS (9) UCLA, Arizona St, Arizona, Washington St

UPDATE: One of the fastest rising line recruits in the West and maybe the country. Stascausky has landed a handful of P5 offers over the last few months and is now considered the top prospect in Oregon. Look for him to be a 4* national recruit before he's done.

Separate from all the state championships CC has been a factory for O lineman, producingdouble-digit big-time guys up front. Stascausky projects as the next in line, earning 1st team all Mt Hood honors and helping his team to the state title.

2.[player_tooltip player_id='285855' first='Baron' last='Naone'] 6-4 235 TE/DE West Linn OFFERS (12) Washington, Arizona St, Tennessee, Oregon St, Cal

UPDATE: Naone de-committed from Oregon St after Jonathan Smith's departure. From a positional standpoint it will be interesting to see what happens at TE after having such a good year defensively.

The 4* TE was a unanimous 1st team all-conference DE, having one of the most impressive defensive seasons of any athlete in the NW. Naone made the early commitment to the Beavers over offers from Washington, Arizona, Arizona St and others. Naone is a big-time national recruit as he can play at the highest level on either side of the ball.

3.[player_tooltip player_id='406756' first='Jake' last='Normoyle'] 6-4 290 OL West Linn OFFERS: Oregon St

UPDATE: Credit to the Beavers on being the first to offer the in-state standout. Normoyle will have numerous other D1 options and Oregon St being the first to offer could help come commitment time.

The TRL offensive lineman of the year and 2x 1st team all conference selection should land numerous D1 offers this off season. His overall versatility is appealing and comparisons to former Ducks standout Alex Forsyth are justified.

4.[player_tooltip player_id='1094734' first='Landon' last='Kelsey'] 6-4 195 WR Central Catholic OFFERS: UNLV, Colorado St, Nevada, San Diego St

UPDATE: Kelsey put together some impressive film last season. We will see what translates on the camp circuit and whether or not he starts to land a few P5 offers.

The 3* WR had a phenomenal season for the Rams, leading the state champions in all receiving categories, catching 33 passes for 758 yards and 10 TDs. He earned 1st team all Mt Hood honors and will likely add a handful of D1 offers this off season.

5.[player_tooltip player_id='407173' first='Austin' last='Simmons'] 6-5 220 TE/OLB West Albany OFFERS (5) Washington St, Air Force, Montana, Montana St, Idaho

UPDATE: It was good to see Washington St be the first offer. His overall versatility and recent play on the 7v7 circuit should help multiple mid-majors and maybe others pull the trigger shortly.

Simmons had a breakout year at TE, catching 39 balls for 714 yards and 8 TDs during the regular season. He earned 1st team all-league honors on offense and 2nd team on D. His length, overall athleticism, and ability to play on either side of the ball at the D1 level will help immensely on the recruiting front.

6.[player_tooltip player_id='285857' first='Nolan' last='Keeney'] 6-4 210 QB Tualatin OFFERS (6) Houston, Utah St, San Diego St, Nevada, Montana St, Montana

UPDATE: As of right now Keeney is the top QB prospect in the NW, putting together a phenomenal junior season and being equally impressive on the 7v7 circuit. We will find out what he is made of with the T-Wolves graduating a special 2024 class.

Keeney more than looked the part, after returning from injury and helping the T-Wolves to the state title game. As of right now he is one of the fastest rising prospects in the NW, hitting on 73% of his passes for 2,460 yards and 28 TDs in just 7 games. Unreal numbers.

7.[player_tooltip player_id='754594' first='Jack' last='Foley'] 6-4 200 WR Mountain View OFFERS: Washington St

UPDATE: Foley made the biggest jump of any athlete in the top 50 on the rankings board and could continue to climb the charts. From a 7v7 standpoint he has been dominant and maybe the most impressive prospect in the NW this off season.

Foley will be an Oregon 5A POY favorite next year, after catching 38 passes for 592 yards and 14 TDs this season. He earned 1st team all IMC honors and was a big reason for the Cougars run to the state title game.

8.[player_tooltip player_id='902382' first='Cody' last='Siegner'] 6-7 230 TE Crane OFFERS (5) Oregon St, Washington St, Boise St

UPDATE: It's hard to tell where this goes but universities like 6-7 230, and super athletic. You can't determine a lot playing 1A football in Oregon so it will be important for Siegner to get out on the camp circuit and prove himself.

It's very possible that Siegner ends up towards the top of this list when all is said and done. The 2x 1st team all-state hooper and rodeo champ has the size and overall athletic ability to be a major D1 recruit. Still a lot yet to be determined playing 1A ball.

9.[player_tooltip player_id='527032' first='Mana' last='Tuioti'] 5-11 220 LB Sheldon OFFERS (8) Arizona, Arizona St, Washington, Cal, Boise St

UPDATE: The exception to the rule from a size standpoint. Tuioti has a special family dynamic and not surprisingly has blown up over the last few months.

The name speaks for itself. Mana just landed his 1st D1 offer from Hawaii after making 70+ tackles and earning 1st team all-league honors. His brother Teitum had a phenomenal freshman season for the Ducks, recording 28 tackles and 2 sacks.

10.[player_tooltip player_id='152653' first='Zhaiel' last='Smith'] 6-0 180 ATH Central Catholic OFFERS: Arizona St, Grambling

UPDATE: Don't sleep on this kid. He had a quiet junior season but can play with the best of them.

The 3* talent could end up being the most recruited in the state. He had 20 receptions for 297 yards for a Rams team that spread the ball around and won the state title.

11. [player_tooltip player_id='312496' first='Hudson' last='Hardy'] 6-3 220 OLB/RB West Linn

UPDATE: Hardy should be ready to go come the start of the season. The question remains how long it takes to get back in prime form. He's a POY candidate on either side of the football if healthy.

Hardy was injured the 2nd game of the season and missed the rest of the year, but projects as one of the best in Oregon next season if he can remain healthy. The size and speed coming out of the backfield speaks for itself, while likely projecting on D at the next level.

12.[player_tooltip player_id='406754' first='Jackson' last='Doman'] 6-5 205 TE/OLB Canby OFFERS: BYU

UPDATE: Another kid who has helped himself out immensely over the off season, winning a 5A state wrestling title and excelling as part of EForce on the 7v7 circuit.

As most know Doman comes from an impressive family with D1 genes. He could add some substantial size to his 6-5 frame and play multiple spots on the field. His ceiling is incredibly high if he finds the right fit collegiately.

13.[player_tooltip player_id='286686' first='Zachary' last='Davis'] 6-1 225 OLB Central Catholic OFFERS: Florida A&M

UPDATE: I personally think Davis is somewhat underrated. A lot will be determined this off season as I would expect him to make some noise on the camp circuit.

I've been a big advocate of Davis as he plays the game with unique speed and physicality. He was a big reason for the Central Catholic dominance on D this season, earning 2nd team all Mt Hood accolades, with 30+ tackles and 8 tackles for loss.

14.[player_tooltip player_id='406774' first='Baird' last='Gilroy'] 6-5 210 QB West Linn

UPDATE: Gilroy has done well for Team Alpha the last two off seasons and will be one to watch in the coming months on the camp circuit. He is on numerous Big Sky and Mid Major recruiting boards.

The big man dropped dimes for most of his junior year, throwing for 3,098 yards with 33 TDs (28 passing, 5 rushing). He was a unanimous 1st team all TRL selection while finishing 3rd in Oregon in passing touchdowns and yards. Look for Gilroy to be one of the NW's most talked about athletes this off season.

15.[player_tooltip player_id='285851' first='Jace' last='Eveland'] 6-7 300 T Redmond

UPDATE: If Eveland gets out and impresses on the camp circuit he could blow up. His film continues to improve, and you can't teach the god given size.

Eveland continues to rack up post season honors being named the IMC lineman of the year after earning NWOC lineman of the year accolades last season. His film speaks to his improved mobility and overall versatility up front. Expect him to have a big off season on the camp circuit.

16.[player_tooltip player_id='285849' first='Oliver' last='Macy'] 6-4 220 OLB/DE Lake Oswego

UPDATE: Macy has gone somewhat under the radar playing out of position at LO. From a projection standpoint he could play 3-4 different spots at the D1 level, including TE.

Macy has the potential to blow up over the off season if he gets out on the camp circuit and does well. He earned 2nd team all TRL honors and has the necessary size and speed to play a high level of collegiate ball.

17.[player_tooltip player_id='902459' first='Gabe' last='Haines'] 6-4 290 OL Central

UPDATE: Super interested to see if his recruitment takes off during the spring & summer. He will likely project offensively but uses his wrestling ability and overall athleticism on the defensive front to impress.

The 2x 1st team all-conference, 5A State Discus Champion, has a stock which continues to rise quickly. His 78.5" wingspan adds to his impressive size and mobility on the offensive front. Look for him to do well on the camp circuit and land a few D1 offers this off season.

18.[player_tooltip player_id='285852' first='Avirey' last='Durdahl'] 6-0 185 QB Nelson

UPDATE: Size is the big question mark. The talent is there, and he continues to get better under one of the top QB coaches anywhere in Alex Brink.

Nelson had one of the most impressive seasons of any 6A school in Oregon, finishing 8-3, largely because of Durdahl. On the year he passed for 2000+ yards and 21 TDs/6 INTs. He has the ability to play a high level of collegiate ball. This off season will be telling.

19.[player_tooltip player_id='766200' first='Treyson' last='Eddleman'] 6-1 215 LB Lakeridge

UPDATE: Credit to Eddleman on making the move to Lakeridge. He was not going to get better playing against Pacific Conference competition, where he was dominant last season. The move to the TRL will help justify his recruitment.

Eddleman will be one of the favorites for 6A Defensive POY honors next season, after earning 1st team all-Pacific honors during their record-breaking year in 23'. He rushed 10 times for 185 yards and 4 TDs against a good Tigard D in the playoffs, just to put his overall athleticism into perspective.

20.[player_tooltip player_id='287053' first='Trey' last='Kennedy Coleman'] 6-2 275 DT North Medford OFFERS: Washington St.

UPDATE: I can't say enough good things about Kennedy-Coleman. He makes a massive jump up the board with an unexpected but well-deserved offer from WSU.

For the 2nd year in a row Kennedy-Coleman was all up in the mix for the Black Tornado on the defensive front. His 44 total tackles, 18 tackles for loss, 3 sacks, and 19 QB hurries was one of top stat lines among underclassmen in the state.

21.[player_tooltip player_id='511864' first='Mark' last='Wiepert'] 6-1 200 WLB/WR Wilsonville COMMITTED: Oregon St (Baseball)

UPDATE: The Oregon 5A Offensive Player of the Year as a Junior. Wiepert was dominant on both sides of the football and maybe the most versatile kid in the state for his class.

The Oregon St baseball commit went for almost 2000 all-purpose yards and 20 TDs, while making 98 total tackles with 6 tackles for loss for the 5A state champs. He's good enough to be a contributor for the football program.

22.[player_tooltip player_id='406755' first='Zyon' last='Floyd'] 5-11 175 ATH Lakeridge

UPDATE: Zyon's elite speed and impressive performances on the camp circuit, could land him a couple D1 offers before the start of the season, if he continues his play from last year.

Floyd had an outstanding year, earning 1st team all TRL accolades while also excelling offensively and catching 28 passes for 400+ yards. Definitely one of the most versatile kids in Oregon with elite speed.

23.[player_tooltip player_id='754631' first='Kayce' last='Tinner'] 6-5 215 OLB Lakeridge

UPDATE: You can't teach the size and potential upside of an athlete like Tinner. He could end up being a phenomenal collegiate OLB while having options positionally.

I would expect numerous universities to take hard look at Tinner. His overall athleticism and length are appealing as you could add some significant size to his frame. He earned honorable mention all TRL honors finishing with 43 total tackles and 4 tackles for loss.

24.[player_tooltip player_id='285871' first='Kaden' last='Martirano'] 6-2 190 QB West Salem

UPDATE: West Salem coach Shawn Stanley is one of the best ever to rep the state, coaching multiple D1 QB's. We will find out shortly if Martirano is the real deal.

Martirano came back from injury nicely, earning 1st team all-league honors. Look for the Titans to be a conference title favorite next season, after dropping the hammer on Sheldon 42-21 this past season.

25.[player_tooltip player_id='406767' first='Wyatt' last='Smiley'] 6-4 180 WR West Linn

UPDATE: You have to like the size and experience. That said, as the Lions are loaded at every position with the ball typically being spread around and making the stats somewhat deceptive.

Look for Smiley to have a 1st team all conference and potentially 1st team all state season next year, after earning honorable mention all TRL honors the last two seasons. He will create matchup problems all over the place.
