Mare already has the prototypical size of a Division 1 defensive lineman. Mare shows that he has athleticism that jumps off on tape. In his stance, Mare shows good pend and the ability to explode out of his stance. He shows good upfield bursts and quickness in his upper body movements and hands. I think at times he shows violence in his hands but also can be somewhat erratic in his hand placement. Mare finishes tackles in traffic where he wraps up well. Mare’s best position is at defensive tackle where he can eat double team blocks and use his lower body strength to anchor and even explode into the backfield.

Jean, one of the best young WR prospects in Canada showcases some of the best hands in the country. Jean tracks the ball down the field well and can make contested catches both falling to the ground or high-pointing the football. Jean is a smooth route runner, he utilizes a really clean release to get leverage on defensive backs and is smooth in and out of breaks. Jean flashes some ability to be dangerous after the catch with his quickness and burst. Jean is an exciting prospect and to continue developing as a wide receiver running a more complete route tree on tape showcasing more out and in-breaking routes would show a part of his game that you do not see much of.

Yattara may not be the biggest offensive line prospect but what he lacks in size he makes up for in the way he plays. He does check the boxes of height and length at 6’4 and seemingly long arms on tape, however, he is light and lean but he plays much bigger and stronger than he appears. Yattara has a strong initial punch and can knock guys back just using his upper body. Yattara shows quality promise as a pass protector where he plays with quick feet that really can create depth with limited steps and has the length to control athletic rushers around the edge. Yattara is a very intriguing OL prospect whose tape shows qualities that easily translate to the next level.

O’Connell has one of the strongest arms I have seen in Canada on tape with multiple throws on his tape of 40+ yards. O’Connell shows poise and confidence in his ability to push the ball down the field. Athletically, O’Connell can escape and extend out of the pocket and does a really good job of making guys miss in open space. O’Connell also is pass first out of the pocket, he uses his running ability as a last-ditch effort when a play can’t be extended any further with his arm. O’Connell has some good touch on his throws down the field and shows that he can hit all three levels of the field with accuracy.

Ametitovi, a slot WR prospect shows some really impressive athleticism on tape. Ametitovi shows multiple reps where he has a smooth bounce going up to attack the ball in the air, that explosiveness shows when he is making breaks running routes or making guys miss in the open field. Ametitovi, shows really good hands, and has some impressive one-handed catches on tape but makes difficult contested catches with strong hands and extreme focus. Ametitovi is an athletic receiver who has plus hands and can create separation consistently.
