In a backup role last season he finished third on the team rushing for 117 yards, averaging, 10.6 yd per carry, with 2 touchdowns. He also chipped in with 2 receptions for 11 yards. Weems is a two-sport athlete and has a 3.5 GPA. He'll be a player the Panthers rely on heavily this season. He finished third On the team in rushing with 217 yards and 4 touchdowns, with 1-100 yd rushing game.
