Marion Eubanks Jr
Marion Eubanks Jr
Marion Eubanks is an energetic DB prospect with elite playmaking ability. He comes in on the smaller side at 5’10 155, but he is a walking highlight reel and doesn’t let any lack of length or height impact his game. When breaking on in-breaking routes, he quickly explodes downhill and easily jumps routes with no problem. He breaks the tape with the football in his hands and is impossible to catch. In man coverage, he is fluid and fast enough to stick with WRs. He tracks the football well and showcases exceptional ball skills, exemplified with one handed INTs and physical plays on the football all over his film. Almost his entire film flashes his playmaking ability with the ball in his hands. He turns into a WR after an INT, pointing out would-be tacklers for his team to block and weaving all across the field to find open space. His speed is good enough to beat angles, which could give him some upside as a returner. If a college wanted him to flip around and play WR, I wouldn’t be shocked either. Eubanks is an explosive athlete with elite playmaking ability. He is a clear FBS eval at corner, and could generate P4 buzz.
Fenix Felton
Fenix Felton
Fenix Felton has picked up some serious recruiting buzz this fall and has firmly placed himself on the FBS radar. The first thing you’ll notice about Felton is his size. At 6’2 185, he is well-built and could hold his own physically at the next level right now. While I project him at DB, I wouldn’t be shocked to see colleges pursue him as a WR. He is a mismatch threat on the outside and flashes some horsepower after the catch. At S, his footwork is natural and he is disruptive at the catch point. He does a good job of staying patient while reading the QB and the route, which puts him in a good spot to play the football. He will slap at the football, which results in several physical PBUs. While not the most fleet of foot or possessing an elite vertical, he gets to a spot with plenty of time to jump with a WR and highpoint the ball. Felton is a good athlete with elite footwork and an excellent feel for the field. He will be a high floor addition for FBS programs.
Contrail Kitchens Jr
Contrail Kitchens Jr
Contrail Kitchens is a long, raw CB prospect and is an obvious eval to play on the outside. Listed at 6’3 178, his length and physical upside should place him on the radar. He is still a little clunky in his movements, but he can stick with WRs down the field once he hits his top speed. His game is predicated on being physical. Thanks to his length, he can press up on the line and stun WRs off the snap. When attached with WRs over the middle of the field, he remains physical throughout the route process and dictates the pace. This allows him to be in prime position to make a play on the football, even with subtle, less explosive movements. As you could imagine, he is a pain to go up with on deep balls and is hard to throw over. He is vastly under the radar, but should garner D1 attention for his measurables and upside.
Peyton Dyer
Peyton Dyer
Peyton Dyer is an athletic CB prospect with his best football ahead of him. He is listed at 6’1 180 and is a natural mover. He possesses quick, explosive feet which allows him to step up on the line of scrimmage and match movement patterns. He may be a bit grabby, but he is a competitor in tightly contested scenarios and always remains in the mix. He finds the football well over both shoulders and can quickly change directions to get to a spot. Dyer will line up at WR and on FG coverage firing off the edge. At both spots, his explosiveness and urgency to make a play translates. Dyer is feisty and plays with high energy. His quick feet and ability to quickly position himself against several different routes all while being a good athlete with solid measurables should have him on the FBS radar.
