He shows above-average arm talent and is loaded with dynamic playmakers around him. He reads the field well, shows a quick release, and throws with zip. He's also a crafty runner who can take off with his legs when there's a chance to play a play on the ground. He was an All-County selection last year after showing he can make plays on the run with enough talent to find a home somewhere at the next level. A big kid with above-average arm talent, Bail is a quick decision maker who throws with confidence and played really well when given an opportunity to take over last year. As a senior Bail has enough talent and an arm good enough to lead the Dragons to a really strong 2026 season this fall. One of the more athletic quarterbacks in the area, Fleming plays with confidence and has no problem creating and making plays outside of the pocket. He understands the position and just has a knack for making plays.
