Max Steve Max Steve 5'11" | 175 lbs | DB Hebron Christian | 2026 State GA – Hebron Christian
A dynamic, playmaking athlete who can make plays all over the field, Steve is a ball-hawk in the secondary and a pure tackler against the run. A versatile prospect with decent size at 5-foot-10 180-pounds, Steve was named 1st-Team All-Region at defensive back after making 96 tackles, 12 PBU’s, three forced fumbles and one INT. He’s a football magnet who consistently found his way to the ball. He reacts quickly against the run and can fly into the backfield and create chaos if not blocked correctly. He’s also strong in coverage, tipping passes away left and right all season long. He’s a naturally gifted athlete and he’s been able to help his team in several different ways. He was as productive as any 2026 two-way player in the region last fall and should be even better as a junior next fall. After an excellent season, showing the potential to play somewhere at the next level, Prep Redzone ranked Steve as the No. 156 overall prosect in the state. If he continues to keep improving, look for his ranking to increase more and more over time.
Damyon Pearson Damyon Pearson 5'11" | 170 lbs | DB Brookwood | 2026 GA – Brookwood
A reliable, instinctive cornerback in Gwinnett County, Pearson is a decent-sized defensive back at 5-foot-10 170-pounds who is still just scratching the surface of his potential. He’s a good overall athlete who has a big opportunity ahead of him this off-season. If this Brokwood defender can grow and develop as a lockdown cornerback, Pearson could see some impressive offers come his way down the road. He’s coming off a productive sophomore season in 7A where he made 43 tackles against quality competition on a weekly basis. He’s a stout run defender for his age who doesn’t mind contact. In coverage, he closes quickly on the ball and runs well with receivers down the field. He showed a lot of promise last season, and now he’s ranked as the No. 68 overall prospect in the state for the 2026 class.
Jalen Williams Jalen Williams 6'0" | 165 lbs | DB Kell | 2026 State GA – Kell
A promising cornerback prospect out of Kell High School in Cobb County, Williams has a lean frame at 5-foot-11 170-pounds with strong cover skills. At Dutchtown last fall, Williams was a very productive defender who made 31 tackles, three INTs, seven PBUs, one pick-six, one blocked punt, and one fumble recovery. He does a good job of locating the football in the air and showed reliable hands when making a play on it. He was dependable in coverage, but he also showed he’s a strong tackler against the run. He’s quick, active, and saw offers come his way from UMASS and South Florida this winter. His stock is on the rise, and now he’s ranked by Prep Redzone as the No. 63 overall prospect in the state. He has a promising frame that will allow him to put on more mass and muscle which will help him even more as a run defender, while also giving him an opportunity to see more offers come his way. Playing on a very talented Kell defense, look for Williams to still make a big impact as a junior in 2024.
