Ethan Stannard – WR – Walton
A quick-reacting, productive defensive back who can play multiple positions in the secondary, Stannard is a long, athletic defender with good instincts and ball skills at 6-foot-1 185-pounds. He reads the QB well and does a good job of closing on the ball on it’s way to the receiver. He brings a physical aspect as well and is one of the more reliable tacklers on a very talented Raider defense. He made play after play last season as a junior as he made 80 tackles and one INT. The Raiders were very strong defensively last year, and Stannard is a big reason why. He’s smart, dependable, knows how to cover, and can make a big tackle. There’s a lot to like about his game, and he’ll only be better next season as a senior. He shows D1-caliber talent, and he recently earned a new offer from the Wofford Terriers. His stock is on the rise, and if he continues to develop and improve over the next few months, Stannard could see some bigger offers come his way down the road.
Damola Ajidahun – OL – Duluth
One of the biggest hottest 2025 OL prospects in Georgia right now, this lean, athletic tackle from Gwinnett County is coming off a dominant junior season where he served up pancakes every Friday night for his Duluth team. His lengthy 6-foot-6 290-pound frame and natural strength have translated well to the gridiron, and his best football is still years in front of him. He moves well in the run game and has enough quickness to find his way to the next level to take on smaller linebackers. He still has a lot of developing to do, but his raw potential and high ceiling was on full display all season long. His recruitment is taking off, and this weekend he earned a new offer from the in-state Georgia Bulldogs. He competes hard and does a great job of driving defenders into the ground both in the run and the pass game. He’s a promising pass-protector and a stout run blocker, and more offers are likely to come his way very soon. Look for his ranking to do the same in the next Prep Redzone update.
Josiah Allen Josiah Allen 5'10" | 190 lbs | RB Wheeler | 2025 State GA – RB – Wheeler
An explosive back who is finally seeing his recruitment pick up, Allen is one of the very best not only in Cobb County, but across the state in the 2025 class. He’s a natural runner with good vision, burst, and the ability to run away from defenders down the field. He’s a threat to take off anytime he has the ball, and as a junior last fall, Allen rushed for 1,082 yards and 14 touchdowns. He averaged an impressive 7.2 yards per rush and made it look easy at times. He also showed the ability to make plays out of the backfield as a receiver, catching an impressive 31 passes for 294 yards and two touchdowns. He’s dangerous in the open field and has been one of the more consistent backs in the Marietta area for the last two years. He’s one of the top returning backs in metro-Atlanta, and he’s bound for a gigantic senior season in 2024. The 5-foot-10 190-pounder has earned two offers this month from Wofford and Charleston Southern, with more likely heading his way sooner than later.
